Great place, exceeded expectations, great view. The only , minor, defect. Maybe little oil on access door at night.

This was an outstanding facility for our mini vacation. The staff, the restaurant, the breakfast staff were well above expectations. This facility has only 10 rooms it was fantastic. Sounds as if I can't say enough, you are correct. I would rate this facility 10+++++ Couldn't find fault. Ever thing every staff member seemed to want to take that extra step to cause you to have a wonderful day/STAY.

Great breakfast every morning with a lot of options. My wife has Celiac so has to be Gluten Free and they had a plate for her with different things every day, she was so happy! Cleaning service daily made everything feel neat in the rooms, staff was very pleasant and inviting. We stayed in the suite so my wife and I had a separate room from my two kids (9 and 11) so that worked out really well. There is a brand new park right outside which was an awesome perk to have the kids let out some energy while we got to look out and the beautiful mountains and sea. An absolutely beautiful scene right outside the hotel with a nice boardwalk to enjoy it. Everything was great, we had no complaints

The staff were the highlight of the property. They were extremely friendly and helpful, and it very much felt like they were keeping the hotel running without much guidance or input from the owners. Thank you to both Priscilla and the young chap whose name I forget for all their help. The bed was very comfortable and the location was close to the seafront and local shops and restaurants. Maybe we just visited in a bad week but a few little things that you don’t expect from a 4* property went wrong. There was only 1x room key for our room so the cleaning was not done. A kettle was supplied in the room but no cups or spoons. Cups were later supplied without spoons. When the room was finally cleaned fresh towels were supplied but the bathroom was not cleaned and old towels not removed. Dirty cups and glasses were not removed from the room either. The shower was so small you could not bend down in it. The shower head holder was broken. The door handle was falling off the room door with screws missing. Breakfast on the first day was purely bread-based (except for fruit, yoghurt and cereal) - no meats or cheese ( these were later supplied once requested). The property was understaffed and sometimes it was hard to find someone to help (again - the staff that were there were very helpful and lovely). I also think it would be good if they had a bar menu rather than just the gourmet restaurant menu where soup is €20? We love the hotel in a Fawlty Towers kind of way.

Good location on the seafront. Tricky to get to. Would have liked some information in the room about facilities, eg when dining open, local shops, restaurants etc.

The Hotel Borgia di Ciaula exceeded my expectations in every way. Its ideal location offered easy access to the beach, charming cafes and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and provided a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

A beautiful seaside location, generous and tasteful rooms, marvellous breakfast in a sunny, inner court, a first-class restaurant on the premises, and a charming & gentile service throughout the whole house. Thank you very much for the wonderful time with you.

Hotel maintained clean shower towels on the radiator heater. As some persons hang their used towels there, it is not a proper place to place clean towels.
