Hotel Villa Soles

The place is good for how much you’ll pay. However it was nothing special. The place was clean and it was usefully. Checkin it was weird with few instructions. There was nothing about the wifi also. They just hand us the wifi pass few hours from check out.

Great for the money Maybe some parts should be renovated but it the end was good

After arrivel at Palermoairport we stayed two nights to visit Palermo the next day. The house is alongside the SS113, in Santa Flavia- just outside Palermo, and could park our car on the private property (host gave us the code for the gate). We slept in room #9 (with balcony). Comfortable and clean. Free coffeemakermachine on the ground floor (machine is a little noisy). Trainstation within 500 m. Every hour train to Palermo. Buy your tickets at the Tabacchi near the station. No complaints. We are satisfied.

Location, quit room w balcony overlooks beautiful garden. Nevertheless, property is by the roud, it is very quit as deep in the garden. Host was welcoming, suggested places to see. Coffee available for guests. Used, need repair works. As well as some hangers in bathroom.

We had a pretty long stay at Villa Franca, it was a decent experience. To begin with the main reason why you would like to rent this apartment is it’s price. It cost for me only 52 euros per day, which is not much compared to prices/quality in other hotels/airbnbs. The room that we got was comfortable, clean enough and most importantly the terrace was amazing, the view was breathtaking (nature sounds, nature view + a little bit of a sea view). The service…Well you receive cleaning services every 3 days, nice support and help from your host. In my opinion that’s more than enough to have a nice vacation. Additionally villa’s location is nice too, 10 minutes to get to the beach with multiple cafes options. Around 5-8 minutes walk to the another part of a town with many coffee shops, bars, restaurants, groceries options. The Wi-Fi could be better, it seems like the speed itself is nice but the connection is not stable, and sometimes it doesn’t work on a terrace.

A nice stay, great value for money. Take flip flops to shower. Just in front of the train station. When you arrive, call the host. You have to walk through a gate that can be opened only with a code provided by the host over the phone.

It was very closed to the train and the beach and the room was clean. the service was very nice and friendly my some more towel rails or hooks in the bathroom, would have been nice

The position of the place , the conditions of the villa, but most of all the availability of the owner exceeded our expectations which enhanced our experience at the Villa Franca. I definitely recommend Villa Franca. We hope to return. I have only a positive experience to share from staying at Villa Franca.
