Centrally located, with restaurants, bars, the beach, grocery stores, a church, and a pharmacy all within walking distance. Always found ample street parking on the seaside.

Rooms were outstanding. Close to the beach. On a road that had very little traffic. Parked right in front of the facility. Owner was very nice and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast and rooms was great. You could easily park in the street, it is a very safe neighbourhood. The hosts were very kind and helped us even with our problem with the car. I would totally recommend this place:)

Lovely property, kind and friendly owners, really great accommodation for the price. They also provided a delicious breakfast!

The property has been freshly updated. The room and bathroom were a good size. The breakfast was great. It is in a residential area and a short walk to restaurants, the train station and the sea. The brothers were both very friendly and accommodating..I would stay again. All good!

We decided to stay here to visit nearby Palermo. A beautiful villa with its own charm, a large terrace and a beautiful garden. The hosts were very kind, recommending nearby pizzerias and restaurants, and also suggesting the best way to get to Palermo by train, as driving in this city can be challenging for foreigners. There is ample parking space on the street in front of the house. Guests have the opportunity to use a shared kitchen for cooking and eating, as well as a library in the tower of the villa. Breakfast was not very rich, but sufficient.

Nice house and staff.

I had an amazing stay at Villa Edera! The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect, near to train station where you can travel to Palermo. The breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was a truly memorable experience. If you travel by car no worries about parking, there is a lot of space on a street. Highly recommend! ;)

Absolutely charming place!! ? I had an amazing time. The place is run by two brothers who are the most friendly and welcoming people. They drove me to the nearby archeological park for free and even picked me up. You will feel totally welcome and cared for. Incredible views from the lookout tower and everything is close by. Highly recommended!!!

The staff was nice and fortunately could speak English and French as almost 90% in whole Sicily can’t speak even in English. It had a nice view to the sea from the balcony. It doesn’t have the elevator and we have to carry our baggage’s to our room in the second floor. The door of the room was so old and everyone could open it with a push and there was no safe box and we carry all our important things with ourselves anytime and on the other hand you can hear the noise of the other rooms and corridor easily. It’s too far to Palermo and the road isn’t standard and no one respects the rules in driving and it’s dangerous (it was the same in whole Sicily) to drive around 50 minutes to go to Palermo. The blanket doesn’t have the bedsheets and I was not sure that if it’s clean or not and couldn’t use it as it was during the new year and was cold but there is no other choice for me.

The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. It was superhelpfull that we could help ourselves to breakfast in the morning as we had an early departure to the airport. We would definitely recommend it.

great place, best part is the tiny reading room in the tower clogged shower drain. mini fridge needs a thorough clean

I loved this little gem of a villa. The staff were very nice and friendly, the included breakfast was delicious and the location was great. We opted to stay here instead of in Palermo and were glad we did as it’s close enough to drive around to many nearby locations. Close to affordable places to eat as well.

Nice place with comfy rooms and convinient breakfast.

Room very comfortable. We were on first floor with a balcony with nice views. Breakfast was nice out on patio. Convenient to eating houses, old harbour and Old Porticello. Train station 10 minute walk away. Went to Cefalu by train, bit over an hour depending on day and time. Building was tastefully renovated about 6 years ago About 30 minutes walk to Sant'Elia beach which is sandy. Bit far on a hot day. Otherwise good.
