The staff were very friendly and accommodating- They went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable- especially Ann, who was very informative about the area! Loved the location and the view overlooking Caribs bay. The food and cleanliness of the room was also excellent! The size of the room was a little snug- the bathroom however made up for it!

The food was very good - dinner and breakfast. The staff were also very helpful and did their best to solve issues not of their making. The view from our room was very pleasant. Big problems with the Wifi. The room was a bit dated and not very big. For the money we paid it was very overpriced. For that reason alone we wouldn't return. There are other fantastic high quality small hotels in the area for equal or less money.

N/A 1/. No porter to carry luggage’s upstairs or downstairs. No room on ground floor. 2/. No USB / no type C plug in room. Not even in concierge !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The on-the-wall plug was not equipped with any of these. And a hotel of this price do not even bother to buy a multi-USB-Type C charger for its guests!!!!!!!! Unbelievable.

Location is fine, and the staff were super friendly. The room was large enough and clean. Wifi did not work properly in our room—our phones would often not connect to Wifi, and when they did, they often still could not access the Internet.

Staff caring, friendly, meticulous. Food delicious. Advice re adventuring was detailed, thoughtful and wonderful. Calm, relaxing hotel, with nothing too much trouble. Thoughtful water and biscuits and clean room. Can't think of anything. Even the weather was great.
