It’s our third time at Hugo’s boutique hotel and won’t be the last, I like the room with the hot tub and other accessories The rooms need to be taken care of They are a bit neglected, like the curtains were not functioning good, the lights in the mirror where not changing colour. If you made these kind of rooms you expect to find everything functioning

The hotel room and other areas are clean and spacious. The staff are eager to help and happy. The location is ideal with good restaurants and shops nearby. The beach is just a 2 minute walk.

location was nice very good for someone who is looking to party, however it was very loud and ut was not even the weekend so keep that in mind, if you are looking for a quite stay this isn't for you.

The room was like in the pictures. All working well. The breakfast was delivered from the nearby hotel and was OK ... just that it took about 30 mins or so. It is really noisy from the clubs outside between 9 pm and 4 am. Without exception. I am a sound sleeper, but it still was noisy and my partner had to use noise cancelling headphones.

The bed was nice It’s in the worst part of the city, surrounded by strip clubs and bars. People partying and screaming all night. The base from the bars can be heard on the 8th floor. The rooms are painted black so you can’t see anything. Waited for 30 mins while a drunk British couple argued over the deposit. After they left it took one min for them so hand me my key. A professional staff would have asked the drunk people to wait for a second to see what is and other guests waiting needed. Bottom line. I checked out and moved. If you’ve been to Vegas this is like staying at TI not the bellagio.

Do not book a room with a hot tub. Ours was broken and the management lied to Booking about the problems we had in order to avoid any payments.
