It was not clean, we got put in rooms 5 floors apart, the breakfast was not good

Breakfast was exactly the same every single day, with no variety at all,

There was a hole in the bathroom door, the phone wasn't working, I told the reception but they never fixed it. Not a very good quality breakfast.

An outstanding hotel with exceptional service. From the reception team to the breakfast buffet staff, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and professional. Special thanks to Patrick and Maryam from the breakfast team for their incredible hospitality and genuine care for guests. They made a great stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning in the future ??

I liked the breakfast. Excellent and constantly replenished, even if you go at 10am everything will be the same as early in the morning. The location is also good, close to the bus station, promenade by the sea, market, cafes and restaurants. I didn't like the room. I didn't get what I booked. The pictures on the booking show all new and renovated rooms. I got a room in the old part of the hotel. Old bathroom, uncomfortable beds, windows hardly open and the terrace door does not close properly, so the noise from the street is constantly. There are no blinds or dark curtains, aiir conditioning and ventilation do not work. Smells from the kitchen kept entering our room even though we were on the 3rd floor and the kitchen is on the ground floor. The room is not cleaned every day and you have to ask for it several times in order for them to respond. They only changed the towels and bed linen, they did not scrub the bathroom and the floors. Very poor cleanliness of the entire hotel. The open pool is ok. Bar at the pool, very modest coffee from a cheap machine.

The room was spacious, and the front office staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is great, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There is also an Indian restaurant called Saffron close by, and the food there was excellent The buffet breakfast was average, with the same menu every day, and it tended to be crowded on some days. The staff were not attentive, and the service felt lacking;

As other reviews mentioned the staff is not friendly besides one very helpful guy at the reception. Walls have VERY bad insulation and we could hear other people in the rooms and from the outside also. The outlets in our room were broken. Very high price even before the high season.

The hotel has a great central location, with many attractions within walking distance. It’s a solid choice for a few days’ stay, comfortable, convenient, and overall at a decent standard. A huge plus is the rooftop pool with a side view of the bay. It’s worth keeping in mind that the area is quite noisy, in the evenings there are loud parties and drunk tourists around, while early mornings come with noticeable street noise. The bathroom could also be better maintained.

Location and Wi-FI was good. The room wasnt propertly cleaned, they took 4 hours to provide me with a simple request for an Iron & Iron board, the telephone in the room did not work to call reception adn the freezer in the room was very noise that I had to keep it off to be able to sleep.

Nothing Everything

Everything was good, especially breakfast and an indoor pool.

Location was great, close to the main streets in St. Julians. Room was nice and clean, the cleaning staff did a great job. The roof pool is amazing. I asked for a later check out because of my baby, they accommodated us at no extra cost. Breakfast could be a little more varied. Every salami they offered was made from pork, as were the sausages.

It's a good hotel and a good breakfast. Two swimming pools and a sauna and a great position in paceville...

Breakfast was included, had an indoor and outdoor pool bar, decent gym but couldn’t better, in a great location next to paceville. The building is a bit outdated however it appeared that they were in the process of upgrading some rooms. My room wasnt updated but my dads was so there’s potential. The room didnt have an iron or proper soap and skin care.

As a coeliac, more gluten free breakfast options would have been great, ie: sausages, breads & pastries but there was plenty of fresh salads, fruits etc An excellent location, quiet area, close to coast & 5 mins walk from a plethora of bars & restaurants Sauna was closed & air con didn't work for first 2 days

I just had an issue with the water plumbing maintenance during my first day, when he entered my room while I was still there. I had to talk to the staff at the reception about my concern, and thankfully they attended to my concern.

The rooms weren't cooling at the time of year I visited (this is April). Day 1 I didn't have the time to keep the windows open for long and the high floor meant it was boiling, found it impossible to sleep and next day management did nothing to compensate for the experience other than changing room to one right one floor below (which was slightly better).
