in pre-check in I choose one of their option but they forgot to prepare my room but instead of that they offer us two free drinks that was nice but kind of they ruined my surprise?

The staff was overall very polite and cordial . When I left a shirt in the room after check out, I was able to pick it up promptly as I was still in the area. It would have been nicer if the hotel would have contacted me to inform me they found the shirt when cleaning the room. Would be nice to have more options to select lighting levels (i.e. dimmers) in the room.

Exceptional stay, I got a room upgrade and prosecco from the friendly staff on arrival. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. The breakfast had a good amount of choice and the rooftop pool was beautiful for relaxing and enjoying a drink. Overall amazing stay, can definitely recommend ?

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was great—clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent location and good amenities. What stood out the most were the amazing staff members! They were super friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service! I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future.

Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Lot of construction going locally which and in our case next door. However it’s generally from 7am-4pm. And no matter where you stay in Malta you will find the same.

Place was lovely. Very good value for money. I had a very big spacious clean room. Pool was closed.
