There were a few issues. I had been placed in a no sea-view room even though I explicitly booked the room with a sea-view. To add on to that, the rooms, although clean, have experienced wear and tear in few areas, first room (no sea-view) had some comfort issues such as faulty wall electrical plugs, loud bathroom ventilation fan, no SmartTV television e.t.c. On the other room (with sea-view) majority of the issues were in the wear items - mirror had seen some wear, which is, corrosion around its edges, and its lighting didn't work, peeling veneer on the bathroom door which was catching, door latch wasn't working, it was kept close using a door lock, shower cabin door was oddly twisted and didn't close fully which led us to have puddles on the bathroom floors. Make sure you've got the wall plug adapters of your own because the hotel might be in shortage of them and if they have some, majority of them can be faulty (loose, wiggly contact legs) - you can purchase them in nearby stores for about the same 5€.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was accessible from AirPort Direct Buses. Near to very lively place for night life.

We could not sleep well the second night as two floors down there was a party inside a room with loud music and people singing until late.

The receptionist girls were really helpful and kind and the bed was really comfortable. The air conditioner inverter weren't working and we couldn't set it to heating so by that the room was really cold especially during the evening and night. We had to remove the electric card from its casket so we wouldn't freez while sleeping. We were in full dark because of this. We asked for help at the reception and the girl called someone who said that they will try to fix it the next day but we've only stayed one night.

staff behavior

Site is proxinate to venues, good wift, bed was comfortable Rude emails requesting CASH payments prior to arrival. Rude communication about payments made. Unsolicited WhatsApp messages, and emails, because it appeared staff wanted to go home. I arrived at 8.30pm. The site operates more lije a hostel in that regard. The staff took offence when I queried about payment method, again requesting cash. Room and site is very noisy, so you hear ever door slam, every student screech, and people upstairs getting down to bedroom business. After thin walls and echoing landings. So if you want a place to sleep and relax, not one for you. If you want a hall of residence to dump a bag and have a bit of casual, then ojay. Breakfast is acceptable for a small hotel.

I liked that my request was met (for the bedding). 2 things I did not like: 1. The WiFi was down my last night and instead of being able to go to reception to get it sorted, there was nobody to be found. Luckily an important meeting I had was the night before, and if this was the night that it was out, I would not have been happy. 2. I originally thought I had paid for the booking when I reserved it on Booking.com, but to my surprise found I had to pay when I got there.

Friendly staff, good location, clean

Close to many attractions, shopping, restaurants and seaside. Bit noisy sometimes, close to Paceville.

Location Small room, small bathroom, the breakfast was not worth the price, cereal, toast, fried eggs, boiled eggs and that's it, no variety, when we arrived we had 2 towels, 2 smaller towels for hand, and 1 towel to step on when you step out after the shower. After the first night they changed it to 3 towels, 2 normal towels and 1 hand towel, removed 2 towels what we needed and we used …

Excellent location and very comfortable beds. Great value for money Breakfast could've been more varied. Balcony was a bit small, not like the pictures. Traffic can make this a little noisy.

Very good

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty meagre. The hotel itself doesn't really have any facilities so only good really as a place to sleep and hang out in your room

The staff of the reception was very helpfull. The room was not clean, the shower was broken and could not close it. I booked the room with the breakfast then when i went for the breakfast the staff told me to pay again for it.

Good size room. Kettle included in the room. Clean enough. Good shower, plenty of hot water. Balcony looked onto a derelict courtyard and derelict building. Room was serviced each day but staff did not always leave any towels. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together, not the comfiest bed, but not the worst.
