St Kilda Central Apartment Hotel

Great looking location, supermarket downstairs, secure car parking. Walking distance to the tram line.

Having stayed in a different apartment in the same block previously my expectations were high. The decor was good and it was clean. The position is also good Unlike the previous apartment the furniture was sparse and shabby. The sink in the bathroom was blocked which I reported. Was told it would be sorted but it wasn't. The smoke alarm was missing. There were no scissors. Just generally seemed the minimal required.

Great location and well appointed room and facilities. Highly recommended and will be back again when next in melbourne. Bering an apartament having on site parking and aslo a supermarket within same builing made for for further convenience.

Location was good and the apartment was quiet Dirty. Dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, baseboards were dusty and dirty and the toilet and floors weren’t cleaned

The location was great - just above/beside Aldi. The rooms were also very quiet which we appreciated.

Parking instructions could have been clearer re the key is an electronic fob and when the Aldi main car park is closed you can use the fob on that entrance as well. A description of where the fob reader is would have saved a 40 min search for the reader after a six hour drive. Maybe instructions should be tested to ensure they are useful for someone who hasn't been there before. This was the only problem.

Location and parking was very good. The unit was a good size and very comfortable.

Upgraded room was lovely. Balcony great. Slightly awkward access - 2 lifts, walk across a courtyard, had to use fobs. Was ok once you got used to it.

No reception in late hrs, sometimes prob, need any help, must be some one at least,,

Hotel planned very well, with All arrangements,in hotel for pleasant staying,

Facilities in room is very good, big room there are washing machine also, location is a bit far from st kilda by walk beach if you dont have car. Bed is sleep well n/a

There was no one there at reception when we checked in just after two. So we had to call someone to be informed that we needed to email them a copy of our ID to an email so they could send us a code to open the key lock. (Company policy apparently and in my opinion not very secure from a keeping your identity safe point of view and I wasn’t comfortable doing that but ok). The room was clean and tidy though in need of maintenance ( dishwasher was not working and the tv in the bedroom had no reception). The sofas and carpet and walls were marked or stained. It was ok but I won’t rush back to stay there.

Really good value all-around. Pleasantly surprised. No complaints.

Exceptional

I have stayed here before and will be staying again later in the year. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and clean. It is also near my daughter's apartment. Aldi's supermarket in on the ground floor which is convenient for stocking up with groceries and wine. Nothing really. The airconditioner made a slight buzzing noise but wasn't noticeable with the TV on. It probably just needed a service. The only window in the bedroom was up high and had a blind but it didn't cut out the security light which came on every time someone came by late at night. It would be good if a blind that cut out the light could replace the blind that is there.

The lovely receptionist was lovely. I asked her about street parking and she gave free apartment parking for the 3 nights. I would definitely return back. The apartment was clean and great facilities. Thank you :) Not enough days to stay :)
