Location Additional cost for parking. $150 hold is too much. Clause that if electronic key doesn’t work after hours it’s my fault and at my cost for it to be fixed.

Great option for our requirements in St Kilda. 2 bedroom units were great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Also great that there is parking onsite.

How central to everything as we were in St Kilda for a concert at the National Theatre Didn’t realize I needed to book a ground floor as I had mother in-law who is visually impaired with us and we had to get her to top floor. And no much sleep due to trams other then that was great
