Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch

Everything was on par. Love if here. DJ was a great host. We will stay here again!!

Dinner and breakfast were very good as well. I would stay here again if I were in St. Louis. Great job everyone.

Not what I expected for the price. Outdated rooms. Terrible elevators. Don’t get me started on parking.

We were a short walk away from the baseball stadium. Free dinner and breakfast with 2 free drinks. The beds were comfy and the pillows were nice. Room was spacious. Front desk staff was great.

This hotel has the best trained staff i have experienced in over 30 years. The old world hospitality is so refreshing. My experience for the last 4 days has renewed my faith in the hotel industry. Other chains need to take lessons from Drury Plaza.

‘Kickback’ was short staffed IMO for the size of the hotel. Overall our stay was great and staff were helpful as well as pleasant!

Our stay was very nice. We came in for the Bananas game. The hotel was packed and check in took a while but with the crowd that was to be expected. They served a full dinner and breakfast. Location was fantastic

Excellent staff and location. The building itself is older, but the rooms are clearly updated and very nice. This is the perfect location for being about to walk everywhere you want to go in the St. Louis downtown area and you can easily get to the hotel direct from airport/Metrolink.

We visited on a super busy Savanna Bananas weekend and were not disappointed. Several extra staff were available for check in, which was a wonderful help.

I absolutely love this place! Any guess I have, I always encouraged them to stay! It is such a delightful experience and the staff is always such a wonderful welcoming committee! Would recommend time and time again!

Hotel is great and withing walking distance of Busch Stadium. Breakfast was good except for scrambled eggs, unless you like the eggs mix from a box. Our son liked the pool and hot tub.

We truly enjoyed the location of the hotel , as the arch was right behind it ( walk out the door and there is the arch ) ! We was able to walk to the casino and to the Busch stadium for the concert . We felt safe at this location . The rooms were clean and comfortable . We had a 10 th floor interior with 2 queen beds and sofa sleeper . Only thing is the main area was cool but the bedroom don’t cool down much at all so we was sweating at night time . The breakfast and kickback was good as well . We will definitely stay again

The room was clean, but there was cracking in the shower. We were in the building that required you to take a second elevator. It did take forever to get hot water in the shower. Breakfast and dinner were good. We had a light go out, staff got it taken care of efficiently.

It was a pleasant surprise to have popcorn in the afternoon, free drinks and filling happy hour food, then wakeup to an included hot breakfast! Good location, we walked to the arch, historic courthouse and to the baseball stadium. Definitely will stay there again. Although the attached steak house is quite taste, it is on the highend and pricey side.

I called to see if I could check in early and they said they would try to get us a room available , when I arrived the room was ready 3 hours before original check in , I will definitely stay here again

Great hotel and the location can't be beat. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour food definitely above average. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
