The room was spacious and very clean. The issue was the air conditioning. It stopped working in my room and my sisters room, who traveled with me. there were no upgrades available for either of us.
-
The hotel is nice. I did not like the fact that parking is $30 per night and the hotel does not validate parking.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a block from the National Park. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. Our room was not serviced after our first night and a couple of requests for simple items failed to come through, but otherwise the property offered a good value for the price.

Our door didn't shut right. All of our rooms had stains on the carpet and sheets. We didn't get into our rooms till 10 pm because of housekeeping issues so we could t check in at 4 as advertised.

Immaculate hotel and super friendly and helpful staff!
-
Excellent location, minutes to ballpark and arch. All the staff we met were incredibly friendly and helpful. We tried the restaurant and bar while onsite, all the food and drinks at the hotel were on point.
-
Location No complementary breakfast and small restaurant with super limited choices.

This is without a doubt one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the St. Louis area!

Breakfast is not included but is available. Did not get that from booking so we ended up paying $40.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Drinking water was not provided, housekeeping missed a day and we had to go downstairs for clean towels, one of the towels in the bathroom was stained. If this is your first time to St. Louis, be aware that the downtown area is pretty vacant. The hotel staff was able to provide a map with local restaurants.
