CLEAN ROOM, BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT THE COFFEE COULD BE BETTER. PARKING WAS ALSO GOOD.

I was bitten by bedbugs in the St. Louis Hampton gateway arch hotel! I came home with bites in my arm, leg and back. I am horrified! Washing and rewashing everything in my suitcase. My doctor has verified this.

The staff was amazing especially Kayla..

We traveled as a family with our pet and had a great stay. The only issue was that an elevator wasn’t working so it could take a bit to get to and from the lobby. But the staff was welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was well-stocked and delicious. It’s also in a great spot. The Arch is right around the corner and we were able to walk to Busch Stadium and other attractions with ease.

There are only 2 working elevators. The elevators are slow and always full. With my injury I was not able to take the stairs. Only 1 elevator goes to LL where breakfast is held. Breakfast was disgusting. It tasted like it was cooked in the microwave. Our water was hot. It never cooled down.

We were just there for the night but the room did its job and breakfast was good. It would have been helpful to have a shuttle. $30 parking fee that was not mentioned on the booking site.
-
Very clean room and comfortable bed! Staff was super friendly. Only downside was breakfast was sub par. We enjoyed the little kids section and pool
-
Full recommended and more if you want to walk to the stadium, museum, to the aquarium, the arch…. We really enjoy our staying
-
I felt like staff could have had more of a pleasant attitude when answering questions. I felt like they expected me to know the answers.

Overall very good place to stay but the pool is extremely cold at night but everything else is perfect!

Room is clean. Great breakfast. Staff is friendly.
-
I liked the parking and the proximity to the ball stadium and other attractions. Our room had a damp musty smell that was not apparent in the hallway. However, it was so hot and humid outside that we chalked it up to the air conditioning working overtime.
-
Great location within walking distance to the ballpark and the arch.

The parking is a bit treacherous. The staff was absolutely wonderful! If your room is on the 5th floor I would highly recommend getting a room change. The floor itself is very noisy because that is where the pool is located. I am aware that the hotel cannot do anything about the other guests noise. The hotel itself is a little dated but overall met our needs. We did feel the beds were comfortable and was close to walking distance for many attractions that we went to.
