This property has been one of our favorites so far this year (and we travel frequently). The room was spacious, comfortable, inviting and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

Clean room

The rooms were excellent. The pool was smaller than expected and the rooftop bar is only opened on Fridays & Saturdays which we didn't know before hand.

Exceptional

The hotel is nice due to central located. However, beyond the hotel control, the neighboring buildings are abandoned and full of graffiti, so no real view of anything from the balcony. The room size was great, didn’t utilize the bar/restaurant. The downfall was the cleanliness in the bathroom and lack of water pressure in the shower. Not sure what the rules are on using bleach to clean, but the shower stall def needs it. Not sure if it was a water pressure issue or actual shower head issues, but taking a shower in a dirty stall with low pressure was difficult.

If you book this hotel based on the brand name alone, you may be disappointed. The cleanliness, maintenance, and overall outdated appearance of the property all seem to need significant improvement.

We enjoyed dinner at the onsite restaurant…the chicken tacos were the best. Unfortunately we missed breakfast due to oversleeping in the comfortable bed. I’d definitely stay there again.

The staff were very nice. It was only a 5 minute walk to The Dome Of America. Park was confusing but they have valet parking and it was only $50 a night.

Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. Will absolutely be back.

For starters the room at booking was 100 dollars less then at the time of check in. We requested a crib at time of check in and never received the crib throughout the whole weekend. The staff was nice just obviously not focused on completing task for the day. We stayed in a junior suite that was nice but the room was not cleaned good with dirty socks under the dresser and old underwear behind the dresser on a plug. Which is definitely a fire hazard. Just seem like the staff was alittle half ass with there job
