The hotel is lovely except for one thing… there was a loud fan by the door in the ceiling and I could not sleep. I was told the hotel was full.

Top tier all around. Great staff, room, property. Ramsay Kitchen was tremendous. The spa made for a nice cap to the visit. My only complaint would be there are minimal other options for dining and drink than Ramsays. Either way, what it lacked in options it more than made up for in quality

You step in and it smells and feels like a luxury hotel. They upgraded my room to an arch view which made our stay even better. The rooms are spacious. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. I was able to make the room close to pitch black which is important to me and the rooms weren't noisy in any way. House keeping is fantastic. They cleaned and tidied up our room. The hotel pool is fantastic. I barely wanted to leave! The pool service was excellent. They come by often and set up your chair with towels. There's food and drink for purchase. There's a wading area, hot tub, and heated pool. I was here on a Friday and Saturday. It was busy but not over crowded. Parking was included.

The staff was the highlight of our stay. So kind, accommodating and understanding to our situation. We had to bring our dog with us last minute and she has some issues. They let us use the service elevator to be able to take her outside which was so extremely helpful. The elevator situation is not great with having to hop onto another elevator from lobby to get to your room. Also, the Casino is so depressing and not a fan of it being so close to the hotel. I also didn't love the locale.

Every staff member we talked to was attentive, pleasant, courteous, and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our only regret was that we didn’t have another day to spend here.
-
Phenomenal property & atmosphere. No reason to leave, just enjoy the views & amenities.
-
Super nice and clean, but nothing special to account for the cost.

A perfect stay! The staff were all so amazing, they had incredible amenities, the room was spotless, and the restaurant was so good! Literally could not recommend this hotel any more!!

My best friend and I took a little get away and went to the spa and had the best massage I’ve ever had. The room was clean and the service was amazing. We ordered room service and the food and service was so wonderful! I will definitely be back this is one of the best hotels I have been too!

We enjoyed our stay. I mentioned that we were celebrating a special birthday and they unexpectedly delivered a small birthday cake with plates and utensils. The only complaint is that we left the room without eating the cake (saving it for later) and returned to our room to find that when the staff came in for “ turndown” service they took away the plates and utensils and threw away some things we were planning to use to celebrate. We appreciate a tidy room, but maybe overstepped in this case.

Wonderful, relaxing environment. Great pool and spa experience

Hot tub was closed. Pool closed at 7:00 pm. Brown stains on bathroom wall by the toilet. Duvet also had brown stains and was not switched out after leaving a note for housekeeping after our first night. Would not recommend this property.
