Reviews

The halls and room smelled like mildew. Getting to the room and out of the hotel was really inconvenient with almost no option for stairs. The whole grand hall and hotel bar were shutdown for an entire day and night on a Saturday for a wedding. With that being half the attraction of the hotel, they should have notified guests out offered something to make up for that. The only redeeming part of the hotel was where it was located in the city. It was close to everything.

Beautiful hotel lobby bar with light show every hour on the hour from 5-11pm!
-
Incredible place we will definitely come and stay here again.
-
Great vows. Atmosphere

Love staying at Union staion! The lobby and bar are so fun to hang out with and there are obviously so many things to do with kids as well.

Perfect location! So much to do. Close to the metro. We enjoyed mini golf and the zip line before venturing to the arch. The room was clean and the staff was so friendly. The building itself was so nice. Will stay again! Oh and they gave us late checkout as well
-
Home, 5 days. The downstairs tables was nasty, everything was just dirty. The good thing is all the activities surrounding the hotel. All and all I will never stay here again. Oh but one good piece info, the Train Shed restaurant, OMG the food was fire!!! I mean everything was hot and good,

Everything was great per usual.. The best hotel...
-
Room had mold by the mini fridge. Told staff and they were disinterested
-
The staff is amazing! Kind, helpful, patient, just truly an incredible stay.
-
Light show was boring, even the kids watching were bored. Room was fine Housekeeping woke us up at 830am to see if we had left yet, which seemed off. Let us sleep. Check out isn't until 11, wouldn't stay again

Pleasant
-
The room was clean and I got text messages pretty routinely asking if I needed anything. Great place to stay with kids with the aquarium miniature golf in the rides right there on the premises and the Koi pond was a big hit.
-
Location Room. Needs major renovations.
-
The hotel is huge and conveniently located near several attractions. I especially loved that the A/C went down to 61°F, which made for an amazing night’s sleep! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of, and the valet service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Overall, a great stay and excellent service.

Exceptional
-
The location was great and plenty of things for kids to do. But there was left over food in the refrigerator and long dark hair in the shower.
-
Breakfast buffet was affordable.

The property is conveniently located next to the Aquarium, and close to many worthwhile attractions downtown. It's clean and very well maintained, and has a magnificent lobby--the former grand hall of the old train station. There was a huge wedding happening the night we stayed, and the property would be ideal for a group of 150-300. I was impressed that even though the band was playing until 11, we couldn't hear it from our room in the Clock Tower. A really interesting stay--recommended!
