The room was great. The area was quiet. Breakfast was good but you have to pay for it. Enjoyed our stay

Close to many restaurants and river. However, if you are looking for a quiet night location this is not for you. It is downtown with lots of events and bars!

Location, location, location. Hotel was well maintained, staff helpful, rooms clean and very comfortable beds. Perfect for attending events at the Ordway Theater, a pleasant walk to nearby eateries and the theater. Right across the street is Zamboni’s and Athena Grand Casino arena.

Construction nearby made it a little tricky to access the hotel. Room was nice and big and clean.

Exceptional

Property is a little tired (needs some updating) but clean, cheap, functional. I would stay here again.

Staff was amazing!

The booking website says breakfast and parking. Stupid me I thought that meant they were included. They were not. I had to pay 43 dollars for 2 day parking and $20 for breakfast. I think the website is miss leading by listening both but are extras. List breakfast and parking on the website but they are not included. I had to pay for both.

When they say they have a 24 hour lockdown system in their parking lot is not true some broke into our car and stole a bunch of our stuff

We’ve stayed here many times but it’s become more expensive and the experience worse each time. There is major, loud construction on the street in front, the staff was polite but not helpful with our issues, the room was very worn out and there wasn’t any body wash or bars of soap provided. We love the location of this hotel, but our experiences lately have us looking elsewhere for future trips.

2 blocks from hospital visiting a relative. Plenty of food choices (Cosseta's is EXCELLENT Italian) within 3 blocks in both directions... Was some road construction right on front.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area for restaurants and other activities. The noise is constant with sirens, construction and people yelling outside at all hours. There is no breakfast offered but there are some great restaurants in the area. The room could use a much better cleaning; especially behind night stands and in the corners and the lighting is very dim. Overall this is not a bad place to stay.

Overall I would say the stay was alright. The location is nice, walking distance to bars, restaurants and the event arena. Negatives are that there is NO free parking, there is a parking garage available but it is $21/day. Our TV remote would only work if we were standing directly in front of it, they were gracious enough to bring us 2 different remotes but all 3 were the same, you could not control the TV from bed. The toilet did not stop running on it's own about 50% of the time, we had to keep taking the lid off the tank and pulling the chain up. The hot tub had so much chlorine that it made ours eyes water and they had to physically be wiped with a towel.

The manager Stacy was amazing!

Walking distance to many things. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
