Located across the street from the white sands of St. Pete Beach, Inn on the Beach places guests in the heart of the historic Pass-a-Grille neighborhood. Shopping on 8th Avenue is a 6 minutes' walk from the property. Due to the historic nature of the property, all the rooms on our property and all the common areas are not ADA accessible. Rooms at the Inn on the Beach feature the convenience of either a full kitchen or kitchenette. A flat-screen TV and dining area are provided in each room. A private bathroom is also offered. Some rooms feature a balcony with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. BBQ facilities are available for guests to enjoy. Boca Ciega Bay Aquatic Preserve is 2.6 mi from Inn on the Beach, while St Pete Beach Theater is 3.7 mi from the property. The nearest airport is St Petersburg-Clearwater Airport, 16 mi from the property.

The property is directly across a tiny street from the beach, and outside foot washes and a shower are also available which really helped to keep our feet clean before entering our room after walking on the beach. The beach towels are oversized, soft, and fluffy and available in a common area along with sun care items too. Overall, this has been one of our favorite places to stay. The staff were always available when needed and provided whatever we needed, and housekeeping was offered daily. We got into town late on our first day, so being able to let ourselves in to the room and having ice and towels immediately available was so convenient. We will be coming back every year from now on. This was a very nice change of pace from the larger hotels/resorts.

This property is perfect. Small, quaint, equipped with all the amenities. The staff was friendly, helpful, and communicative. Cannot wait to stay here again. It is in a quiet area. Easy to get to the beach and it was nice having access to the bikes, cooler, chairs and towels. They thought of everything to make your stay beach perfect. Did not stay here long enough.

The location was great, six blocks from restaurants and the beach was located directly across a small road. The facility was very clean and newly renovated. Management was on site all day and the staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and responsive. They thought of just about everything. Comfortable beach chairs, umbrellas, large plush beach towels, coffee/tea set-ups, bicycles, etc. We loved the vintage/cottage feel of the place and will definitely vacation there again.

If there was a higher rating above a 10,I would have gave it. My room was spotless clean. The room was so nice and up to date. Every was so nice and helpful, they made sure they answered my questions and that I had what I needed to be comfortable. I will definitely be back.
