Really enjoyed. The staff was excellent. The property is maintained very well. My fiancee was very happy with the room. Very convenient to many things fun while on vacation.

I spent hours on Air bnb and travel sites searching for a getaway weekend for our anniversary. We usually a weekend a month. I had communications with Matthew the host. From the first time speaking with him while booking our stay, he was genuinely a caring and down to earth guy. The place was immaculate inside as well as the grounds outside. You can pack your car and bring your clothes and that’s all you would need there. The inside was furnished very beachy and couldn’t have been any better equipped or any cleaner. The bed was one of the most comfortable, besides my own. He had beach chairs, beach towels and carts to pull to the beach, which was only a block away. His location was ideal. In the center between Pass A Grill Beach and Madeira Beach. I’ve already referred others and would stay there again in a heartbeat the next time back. The Lofts was the perfect choice. Thank you again for the beautiful place and your wonderful hospitality.

Beautiful beachside lofts, very clean, loved the pool, nice kitchen that we used to make breakfast. Their was pool toys, chairs, and wagons you could use which was perfect for our son. We used the wagon to carry everything onto the beach in 5 minutes. The pool was also a very nice touch. Matt the owner was extremely helpful and puts alot of good energy into the great place.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, or a pool and games on premises if you want to stay there. The owners were very attentive to our needs. We look forward to another visit in the future.

The amenities and property were absolutely beautiful. My children and grandchildren and I had the best time making memories. Just a couple minutes from the beach, with so many wonderful restaurants in the area that were easy to walk to. The rooms are comfortable and so nicely decorated. The bed was the most comfortable ever slept on when vacationing. We will be back. I recommend these accommodations for anyone looking for a beach getaway or time with family. The Property Manager and his wife were very accommodating and extremely helpful and friendly.

The owner, Matthew was great to communicate with. The property is so cute, very Key West. Lots of amenities, short walk to Upham Beach and the Corey Avenue Market on Sundays. As well as restaurants with live music within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The property was perfect! My kiddos loved the games that they had there & the pool was heated, which was an added bonus! Matthew was so nice & allowed us to grab our own towels from the laundry room, as the staff had left for the day.

I reserved this room for my parents for a little weekend getaway and they absolutely loved it! The property and the room were sparkly clean. The pool is super welcoming and the location is perfect! The owner Matthew went above and beyond to ensure their stay was perfect. He took time off his busy day to show my dad where the beach chairs and umbrella were in his property free for them to use during their stay. They will 100% be back another time. Please stay here next time you want time in St Pete beach. You won’t regret it.

Be sure to reach out to the owner before your stay because Expedia does not share your contact info with them. It will make your stay way more smooth and give you a bunch of tips for the area. What a wonderful stay within a short walking distance to the beach. Sunset park is just as close. Great food is close by as well. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas as well along with many beach carts. The aesthetic is so vibrant and so is the vibe. Definitely will be going back to this place to stay. Pool is heated!

This is a very cozy, beachy kind of place. The manager/owner is very hands on and very available. The place was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and many other attractions.
