Ideal stay for a weekend getaway

We were looking for a cool new spot on the beach that was not a traditional chain hotel. When we looked at the same it gave off a kitchen Cool vibe and it did not disappoint. We felt like we had VRBO the entire motel for ourself. The rooms were really cool with a retro vibe. The staff was super helpful when needed. The bar provided great service over the weekend and the ability to use the pool at any time was a plus. It's in great walking distance to local bars and restaurants with an amazing views at Sunset and provided good beach access. In addition the ability to use beach umbrellas, carts, and bicycles that were made available by the property by itself made this extra special. We will be back and we plan on staying there for many years to come.

We arrived early and were surprised that we had been upgraded to a suite. I have a large truck so it was also a nice surprise that we didn't have to park on the street since there is additional parking for the restaurant along the side of the hotel. We enjoyed the pool and adult beverages at the bar. The food and signature cocktails at 82 Degrees should not be missed. There are other good food and live music options within walking distance. This would be first on my list when we come back to St. Pete's beach.

This hotel was great! We stayed for a short three day trip and it was perfectly located to Upham Beach —which is beautiful. 5 mins walk away. The hotel provides beach equipment, like chairs, towels, a cooler and umbrellas, which makes things so easy. It’s also walking distance to good restaurants and bars. It was clean, seemed like a new property and was well maintained. The rooms themselves are well designed and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again

The pool was way too hot. It was like they had two hot tubs.

Quaint, small and nostalgic. Outstanding customer service. Randy was a bright spot - warm, welcoming and genuinely interested in us having a great experience. Similarly, our bartenders at 82 Degrees (Michael and Sara) were friendly and kind. It felt like staying with family in the best way!

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing time here. The owner was so communicative and attentive. There is so much care and passion that goes into the positive vibes, cleanliness, and overall feels that are here! Pool was amazing, bar amazing, free bikes we used all weekend for the beach and sunset! Room was fantastic, we will be coming back. Please stay here with your partner, friends or family!

Great experience here, the mattresses are top notch. Restaurants is delicious and staff is very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved this place. It’s so close to the beach, and Randy was incredibly helpful with everything. Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting St. Pete.

The food at 82 Degrees is the best on the island. Bar staff also so lovely , we lucked out and met the chef as well he was also so gracious and kind. The gentleman who checked us in was the sweetest and most kind we have ever encountered. We are already planning to return.

Perfect location, recently updated, and beach equipment provided. Randy- the host was friendly and knowledgeable.

I would recommend it to anyone, no extra fees anywhere, and items at the hotel were accesible
