Our stay was awesome! We loved that it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the balcony was awesome for fresh air and a relaxing place to have a drink. The Expresso martinis were delicious. The staff was very helpful with the little snags we came across. We even got a free upgrade when we got there which included getting the beloved balcony. There were lots of places to hangout including terraces, roof top lounge, a bar/ coffee bar, a porch and a book store. The hot water was a little touchy. We had to ask for assistance with it. The desk clerk helped by turning up the hot water heater and it still took a long time for it to get hot, it finally did and we were able to take a shower. The remotes for the TV are solar but they never see the light of day so I don't understand how that works but the lovely desk clerk got us a new one. Being downtown it was pretty noisy, cars and motorcycles racing down the street all night, nothing the hotel can fix but made it a little hard to fall asleep. We got a free upgrade when we got there but they did not consider the bed size, we requested two queens but got two fulls, but without the upgrade we would not have had a balcony.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and the cafe was fantastic. The mattresses and linens were adequate but could definitely be improved. Over all, we would stay here again.

Everything else was extremely disappointing, starting with the front desk employees. We were invisible to them. The bathtub was dirty and peeling and not safe to use especially for an elderly person, very easy to slip and fall. Also, they had misleading information on their website, like having complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby, the coffee machine in the room cannot be plugged, etc., etc., I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially the elderly.

Great location! Great staff! Clean but very small rooms!

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was great. Room had a few issues but did not make a difference in our experience.
-
The location was perfect. Right in the middle of downtown.

This hotel makes you feel like family. We had the best stay. They vintage vibes, coffee bar, and all the little luxury feel for an affordable price. The roof top bar has beautiful views. Also, the owner Alex is hands on and makes you feel special. He goes out of his way to make sure that you enjoy your stay. The location is perfect to walk to other great places and enjoy St Pete. We will be back!

This hotel has a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is about 5 to 7 minutes away from the hotel and not exactly ideal. We stayed at the older building which is beautiful and quiet but it needs TLC.

The room itself was brand new and so was everything in it. It was styled perfectly and spotlessly clean. The only suggestions I would make is it would be great to have a ceiling fan in the room. The A/C worked perfectly but it would be nice to be able to have some moving air when you come in from the sweltering heat. Secondly they need to buy the parking lot next door. You can park for free a few blocks away which honestly isn't a big deal, however on site parking would be nice. Third a pool would be awesome! These are all small suggestions overall it was a spectacular value for the location on a holiday weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to go right back.

The first impression was charming. Cool bar and lounge area. Our room blew a fuse( no a/c, lamp, clock) and staff never repaired it. In evening hours we could not find one employee to assist. Randomly an employee also just walked into our room without knocking while we were in the room.
-
Adorable boutique hotel in a vintage stately house with a b+b feel. Bar downstairs where I got ice and hot water. Very convenient location.
-
What an amazing experience, and the staff was over the top, great time.
-
I really enjoyed this hotel
-
Good, cost effective, would stay here again.

Very quaint and characterful. Loved the lobby coffee/bar and outdoor courtyard. The location is great, we didn't have to get in our car once except to take a boat tour out of Gulfport. We stayed in the old part of the hotel, which I enjoyed for its historic character. Could have done with an AC wall unit over the window unit and better mattress/sheets. We used the gym on the rooftop and appreciated the view and brand new equipment. I'd stay here again but opt for a room with upgraded amenities next time.
