Hyatt Place St. Petersburg / Downtown

The carpet had some minor stains, the complimentary breakfast was the highlight of my stay.

Nice clean room, beware the parking is $37.50. But overall great experience.

Room was nice. The bathroom sink faucet was installed so far back, you cannot wash your hands under the running water or rinse your toothbrush you badicslly had to put your hands in the countertop and water goes all over the place. The temperature of the room never changed even though set the temperature as low as it goes 62 degrees. The room temperature was more like 72. It was too hot at night.

The rooms, lobby, breakfast, even the parking garage: all exceptional. Great location, quick walking distance to all of downtown and bayside. Lovely staff and comfortable all around.

Average hotel. Pool was subpar. Gym was alright not a lot there. Is a good spot to get to local food spots.

The location was fantastic. Very convenient to everything downtown and bayside. Unfortunately checkin was a bit long and when I got into the pool there was a used bandaid ion the bottom in the shallow end. Would still give them another shot to correct these issues!

Clean hotel, very spacious rooms, and just outside the shuttle bus to Tropicana Field. A great experience

pool is unmonitored and locked locked no pool bar. parking garage is locked locked so if you don’t have your room key it’s 4 flights of stairs for you… meh.

Staff was excellent.

The room was spacious and clean. The lobby staff and the housekeepers were all very friendly and professional. Very nice property for its price point. We will stay there again.

Clean and helpful staff

Cleaning staff were excellent & friendly. Breakfast ok, but could be better. AC in room, excellent. Bed, pillows & coverings very comfy. Man at check-in desk in the morning was of no help & dismissive to my Mom. All she wanted was her leftover food that was in the fridge behind the desk. He said he couldn’t help her. He then helped multiple people after her. She waited 15-20 before lady standing next to him got her food. It really was ridiculous. He then apologized after all that.

Parking fee is hidden on Expedia. it's $37.50/day.

Location, room, and comfort all excellent!

The staff were super nice and helpful. Love the city vibe. Breakfast was super good. I will definitely recommend it.
