Nice for the price. Its an old hotel
-
Esta muy bien localizado. Esta practicamente a pasos de todo, pero el Hotel esta en muy malas condiciones. No es lo mismo que este Viejo a que este sucio! Las habitaciones son un asco.

Everything was awesome for the stay

It’s an older property, similar to staying in a low-budget off brand hotel in NYC or Rome. The layouts are small and you will immediately want better furniture. The bathrooms tiny. But everything works and the front office staff are delightful. If you want a very cush and extremely clean hotel, it’s not for you. If you need a place to sleep, aren’t super hoity-toity and like the price it’s just fine.

The first night we had people next door fighting at 2am and I had to yell at them to shut up and go to sleep. There are no phones in the rooms so there's no convenient way to reach the front desk. The next morning the showerhead literally blew off and hit my wife in the face. They were able to repair it later that day. The second night was fine. The parking is nonexistent and you have to pay to park in a garage around the corner which costs $16 a day. The bar and restaurant were closed for some reason but there are plenty of other places within walking distance so not that big of a deal. The prices are decent and we love the location so will probably give it another try.

Clean, missing security latch & no hot water in shower

Excelente location. But I see roaches in the room

The location in downtown St Pete is great because you're within walking distance of everything. The first room I was put in was like walking into a room from 1950. The hallway smelt like insect spray which made me cough. I was given a another room after complaining that was on the third floor that turned out to be a little better.

Great toilet paper! Other than that, it's a basic older hotel. Our biggest complaint is the air conditioning, it worked well and the room was cool, but did not seem to dehumidify. Floors, clothing, and towels felt damp. Towels would not dry overnight.
-
My friends and I have stayed here year after year because of location and reasonable pricing. However this year will be our last because of how unavailable the staff was when needed and how the quality of service has gone down as well. We have been able to overlook these things before. Not this year. There were roaches. No essentials in the restroom. Air conditioning was struggling the entire weekend.

Great Location The sink in the bathroom hot water would not turn on. Told the front desk Saturday and Sunday
-
Excellent location as it’s close to restaurants and the pier. It is a very old run down hotel but good for the price.
-
Clean room, staff really polite and helpful, great location, loved staying there.
-

Exceptional
-
Staff friendly, but I asked for room to be cleaned and it was never done my entire stay
-
Location was perfect. I did not like that there was no parking, but I am glad they said so ahead of time so I could research parking in the area.
-
Really not a great hotel at all. Small and paper thin walls. Run down
