Great and safe location.

This is my third stay, perfect location

On top of that, many areas of the property were in very poor condition. The hallways, common areas, and parts of the facilities looked old, neglected, and in desperate need of maintenance. The overall appearance gave the impression that the hotel has not been properly cared for in a long time. What made the experience even worse was the unpleasant smell throughout several parts of the building. The odor was noticeable in the hallways and other common areas, making it uncomfortable to walk around or even relax. Cleanliness and maintenance should be basic priorities for any hotel, but unfortunately that was not the case here. For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. I don’t mind staying at a simple hotel, but I do expect a clean, well-maintained environment with enough parking for guests. Sadly, this hotel did not meet those basic expectations. Unless significant improvements are made to the facilities, cleanliness, and parking situation, I cannot recommend staying here. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in improving the property because it has a lot of potential, but in its current condition, I

shower head and tub faucet had same amount of pressure coming out the same time. Pillows need to be updated. Room was clean overall. 1 elevator was broken and it took forever to get to our floor. pool area was nice

Everything

Parking was valet only or pay for public parking garage behind the hotel. There’s not much room to drive up for loading/unloading and it gets pretty crowded. There were only 3 luggage carts available. That’s ridiculous for a 15 floor hotel. That’s a poor management decision.

Staff was excellent all around. Very comfortable room. Great location.

After a long drive, this was great as I had so many choices. I can walk to many places and it’s right by the marina. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds and they even gave me a fresh clean air room with air purifier. I went to the bar that had wonderful food and appetizers and the next morning the breakfast buffet was amazing. Best waffles ever. From the pool to the secured gym and snack shack it had everything.

- We did not receive any room service during our stay - The toilet in our room did not flush properly. We reported the problem to the front desk and the maintenance person came, but did not fix the problem. (Despite the fact that he left a note saying that it was repaired) Very inconvenient to have to travel 14 floors down to use the lobby restroom every time we had to "go" during our 3 day, 2 night stay.

Rooms are outdated and new refreshed, door paint peeling in bathroom. Snagged carpet, picture frams discolored, furniture worn

the showers were quite hard to regulate for both my wife and I. other than that the room quite spacious and very comfortable.

Cleen room, and very well maintained. Staff friendly and respectful.

Everything was fantastic

The staff was very helpful and let us check in earlier which was very convenient but the bathroom shower had mold on the ceiling all over.

This hotel is in a really great location. Minutes walk from restaurants and bars. When I got to the room though it wasn’t very clean, it smelled moldy and the carpet seemed dirty and wet. After looking up reviews, it appeared that was a common complaint. I didn’t want to bother switching rooms in case I ended up with something worse. I was really only there at night anyways. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location for Downtown ST Pete, lots of local restaurants and bars. Lots of entertainment close by.

The pool is small given the size of the property. There is a swim beach nearby, but not within waking distance if you've got small kids. The area around the hotel is lovely & there's a grocery across the street if you need anything. On-site convenience shop is expensive ($7 for a regular size candy bar). Many of the restaurants in this area are on the pricier side, so if you have a tighter budget and a car, suggest driving a few miles to eat.

Everywhere else you find a coffee machine in your bedroom and coffee at the lobby in the morning. Not here...but you can buy a regular black coffee for $5.30 plus tips... The bathroom was dirty and the shower not functioning properly.... Definitely not my best experience
