We had a lovely outdoor dinner there. Had an industrial look.
-
Location to Spa - facilities - Dinner - Staff Cost seem a bit steep
-
Saunas were nice and not crowded. Very run down, room was 3 star nothing more, sort of dirty, not very friendly, I don't understand the pricing at all.
-
The breakfast was very good. Dinner at the restaurant was not very good.It seemed to us it could have been of better quality.
-
The hotel says its pet friendly, but if you book a room they will say its not pet friendly and you have to book a very expensive one in order to bring your dog. that is not nice
-
Obermain Therme was the main and only reason of our stay at this hotel. Huge range of saunas and pools to choose from. Slightly overcrowded everywhere during our stay (in parking, sauna complex, restaurant during breakfast).

The room was great, the access to SPA and Therms as well. Comfy bed and amenities. Also incredible breakfast. 10 minutes walking distance to Bad Staffelstein (which looks like Duloc city of Shrek's movie :D ). Wi-fi should be improved, in my opinion.

Breakfast was incredible, the room was really clean. We had a type of room "comfort" which included entry into pool + welness complex. Parking was in the garage. Nothing. Everything was fine. It was only funny that the receptionist was talking in German with guest in front of us for a long time, but when he was talking to us in English he was done in about 2 minutes :-)

Breakfast was fabulous - even if the Tilsiter promised in the menu didn't appear all week ;-). Location next to the Obermaintherme is very convenient. The robots helping with the service in the restaurant are cute, and the automatic lawnmower that travels around the hotel 24/7 provides endless entertainment. Free water was a real bonus, given the blazing heat, and the air conditioning worked so quietly (unlike in other hotels) that we could leave it on overnight, which was a life-saver.
-
Beautiful accommodations with easy direct access to the SaunaLand. I like that the arm chip for entry to Saunaland was the same for the hotel room. Also, the robe was nice. The breakfast was well balanced and included Sekt.

The therme is the draw, is attached to the hotel via hallway/lift. Parking is under the hotel and is free- kudos. Nice room, comfortable bed and TV with plenty of channels. No refridge, 3 chairs, small table, good wifi & set up really nice. Location is just outside a very small town, christmas festival/market about a mile away. A lot of very nice eating establishments in/around the city center. Therme sauna will cost ya 7 euro but main entrance fee is paid by hotel, nice. Therme is salt based, really good for skin (you could feel it after salt pool, skin was softer, cleaner, nice). Theme has an hourly aufguss in finnish sauna, very nice. My wife and I enjoyed the sauna/spa/pool areas, very nice. Breakfast is $28, not competitive or reasonable but appears to be hotel model. Check in was special, 7 groups ready to check in at 1500hrs. Hotel had two staffers to assist but still took 3-5 min per group. Has to be a better model, eg: on line check in or kiosk for 80% of task, don't know?? Not a lot of therme ammenities at our hotel level, no basket/no robe/no towels- at other hotels with similar venue had those items at all levels, eg: bad ems, hotel wein, etc..
