Big room, excellent Breakfast, nice wonderful, warm pool. Coffee for free all day long, in all versions. Easy excess to the train. Good parking. Nice staff. All was good

Location was great next to the Therme. The staff was also really friendly and supportive. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms also very comfortable. The pillows are too soft. We always bring our own pillows with us- and unfortunately the rooms sometimes smell not so well. We don’t know if it’s about the carpet or something else

People were great, restaurant and breakfast v. Good and the therme nearby is fantastic Unfortunately, I hadn't realised that the hotel is directly next to a train station/tracks. I asked for a quiet room, none were available. Freight trains drive through the whole night, room was too warm to sleep with closed windows, too loud to sleep with them open, so I couldn't sleep here. The fan didn't help and only operated for 2 hours. Shame, I would love to give a good rating, as everything else was good, but I needed to relax and rest and couldn't do that. The reception kindly gave us a different room for the second night, across the street is a student residence and they woke us at 2am! I can't recommend the hotel if one is a light sleeper!
