The Location They are just slightly cheaper than motel 6 but their bed is not comfortable their linens and towels are super worn out it has stains and holes.

Nothing that I like in this property Potential scam by the front desk cashier. My reservation clearly showed two beds, yet I was asked to pay extra cash for a room with two beds. When I offered to pay the $20 difference by debit card, the cashier refused and insisted on cash, which raised serious concerns. The hotel itself was disappointing. The room was not clean, there were insects present, and basic essentials such as an iron, sufficient napkins, and extra blankets were unavailable. When I requested an additional blanket, I was told it was too late. The floors were dirty, and the overall condition of the property was unacceptable. Because I was concerned about possible false charges or disputes, I recorded videos of the room both upon check-in and before check-out. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Very close to Disney Bed sheet had blood stains and holes. Racks in both bedroom and bathroom were rusty. No security lock from the inside, owner opened our door before checkout time. WiFi was not working. Asked for $20 cash deposit at check-in, we didn't have cash so they ended up not charging it, but I felt insecure whether I'd get that money back if we did pay for it.

The owner was really nice and it was clear he took ownership of his property. He greeted me upon check in and made it a point to learn my name. I can see why that might be off putting to some people, but for me it was comforting to know that he cared about who was staying there (it’s not a very big place). Although the building is on the older side, the room itself was clean and well maintained. I didn’t have any issue with noise (although to be fair, I do sleep with ear plugs in). Parking was always available and I felt safe there (Beach Blvd can be hit or miss, but I didn’t see any sketchiness personally). There is a slight odor in the building, I think just because it’s old. I’m pretty sensitive to smells, so if you’re not you probably won’t even notice it.

Incredible location close to resturants shops and Knotts Berry Farm. The hotel is safe clean and quiet. The Manager is a very kind and attentive man. I highly recommend this motel. Best value on Beach blvd.

This place was a gem. A lot of hotels on beach blvd. I'm retired on a limited budget. It was super clean....no bugs The management and owners were so kind and accommodating.( I'm handicapped)..Not visually. They keep thier place with pride......meaning it's not a chain....but hard work. They are good people. Yes. I would definitely come back. No ice. But they have a fridge in every unit. You can fit a 5 lb of ice in the freezer part.
