Great location but the property is rundown. Carpets are worn and torn. It needs a total update.

Time to do some repairs and hiring of more staff. Room was clean which is a good thing but the property needs some help and under staffed.

The hotel is dated and needs a refurb asap. All staff wet encountered on the reception desk were a little miserable. Despite the good price, overall I would recommend avoiding Ballys.

Hot tub was not working, pool is indoors and feels like you are in a cave, no drink service for pool, machines poorly maintained, players card process is mostly online, no water in the rooms and poor toilet water pressure. Old mattresses. Parking is not included in your stay.

Worth staying at a more upgraded hotel. Okay for walkable distance to things and definitely safe.

Hotel looks tired inside and out. Considerable deferred maintenance, dirty; and operates with poorly trained staff. AC/Heating thermostat not working properly, spa pool closed for several days, still is, manager has no idea when fixed, yet wants to charge $10 for spa in salon. Most shops closed; nobody cares. Won’t stay there again.

We had a nice stay although a bit dirty. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was so much clean, jacuzzi is no working , we have to paid extra money to use other jacuzzi, we are going for relax , they also charge after our booking extra feeds we paid almost 200 extra in fees , we call service room they never answer , very bad

We had a nice stay. I had no idea breakfast was available, until this review popped up on my phone! It sure would have been nice to utilize this amenity, if we only knew it was available! Overall, we had a nice stay, and we'll be back!

No breakfast included! Fees to stay there There is no air circulation in the pool area so it just smells like so much bleach. The Motels or small Inn’s are way better!
