Underground car parking was a novelty and very convenient. Excellent location central in Stellenbosch. Room and bathroom was very good We couldn't stream anything on the smart TVs, seems as though the software is already out of date. Breakfast was a little basic.

The property is okay I lost two of my jerseys in the room that I never took out yet no one saw them. I was in room 15 The place is good but lock your things away

Nice spot in the heart of the town, yet a quiet block away from the action.

Clean room. Good location

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room and shower weren’t the cleanest. The hallway is quite noisy in the morning. Rooms are very small.

Nothing! Terrible location and very very poor service from night staff Aircon didn't work and I reported it to night staff. Nobody assisted with either another room with a working aircon, as it is very hot in Stellenbosch currently. Didn't even offer a fan for my room, I had to go the garage across the hotel to purchase a can of Doom for the mosquitoes. Will never advise anyone to stay at Hotel Krige. They will never see me again

Great location, lovely air conditioned rooms!

We arrived for an early check in and staff were more than accommodating to let us get ready for a wedding we were attending. Rooms are fab and staff are just so friendly. Under ground parking was very secure and its in a great spot for walking around town Nothing it was fab

Would be nice if your car elevator worked. I dont like parking illegally in front of a fire hydrant. Car elevator not working. Noone remembering finding my glasses in the room after I left them there.

Location was perfect - quick easy walks to restaurants in Church and Drop streets. Staff at reception very friendly. We asked for a room with mountain view - which we got, and view was very nice and reasonably quiet ( being so close to restaurants do bring some music noise - it is a varsity town after all). I wouldn't get a street room as it faces the BP garage and Car Wash. room - especially bathroom was a bit tired. Not sure when this hotel was built, but some elements need renovation. Paint of outdoors railing are peeling off - scuff marks in bathrooms, including mold in some areas. Room is well appointed, but after a day, visible damage and paint issues became apparent. Beware as well of the Underground parking, accessible via a lift. My SUV was able to fit it, but getting in and out of the elevator can be tricky - and unsure what happens if building loses electricity.

Location is king and in this case the hotel is very well located. Within walking distance of Stellenbosch central, several excellent restaurants, shops, the university etc. The hotel rooms are adequate with everything you need but nothing special. Breakfast average at best. If you are road facing i.e the front of the hotel, there is a noisy car wash across the road. When the balcony doors are closed it is not an issue but when they are open it is a bit too noisy. The parking, oh the parking! You access the parking via a lift that you drive into and then it takes you 'under ground'. It is tiny and once you are in the under ground parking the lights keep going off - the whole situation needs attention!
