Nice boutique hotel in the heart of town. Friendly staff and a good breakfast set up. Minor maintenance issues but nothing that impinged on our stay. Would be nice to have a luggage ramp from the street and up the stairs to the property!! Broke my back carrying heavy suitcases up stairs to the entrance

The staff was extremely helpful and nice, room was spacious, silent, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect, in the middle of the city center.

The staff were truly exceptional. Warm, welcoming and gracious beyond expectations (and I have high expectations!). Breakfast. Definitely breakfast! Nothing really - except maybe the snack menu could include some smaller, lighter nibbles. Sandwiches and wraps don’t quite hit the spot. But minor bleh compared to rest of stay.

Very good location, in the heart of Stellenbosch, everything is walkable The hotel looks nothing like the pictures, rooms were small, the staff were friendly on check in but on check out seemed to just want us out so the next guests can come in

Everything was as expected. Staff were professional and efficient. The arrangement I made to include our grandchildren for breakfast was carried out effortlessly. The only complaint (not really a complaint but an observation) was at dinner on Saturday night. For dessert, the menu read "Key Lime Pie" and a cheesecake was presented. We did mention this to our waiter - we declined the offer of the maitre'd who graciously offered another dessert.
