The staff was amazing! They were always helpful, friendly. And they cleaned the rooms every day! The breakfast was awesome. The bathroom was excellent! Always had hot water. The heart of this hotel is the staff. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay. There was a broken frame that was still in the room. I think it's better if you just removed it. DSTV is so over. Rather have Netflix. It was small things, but everything else was really nice.

We stayed for a few nights and had a seamless experience. All went fine from check-in to check-out. The historical surroundings are beautiful and convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again. There was nothing we didn't like

Location was ideal, placed in the heart of the beautiful streets, the staff exemplary and breakfast out of this world!!! Parking was never an issue as the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful!

We loved our room, the breakfast was delicious. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Reception was amazing, even printed my boarding passes for our flight home. Bit of noise on our first evening in the courtyard, but after that we kept our windows closed and all was well.

We stayed at The Stellenbosch Hotel 37 years ago and have very fond memories about that time. The ambiance, atmosphere and hospitality of the hotel is still just as amazing as our first stay. The staff were exceptional and they met and exceeded our expectations in all areas. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay and she was spoiled with flowers in the room and surprised with a special dish at breakfast on her special day which made it extra special for us. We made new memories with an awesome once in a lifetime experience. No dislikes

Aircon did not work in apartment. Located at back overlooked parking. Not great compared to one we stayed in time before overlooking front street with leafy trees and a lot more spacious. Pillows too big and not soft. Perhaps give the option, one big and one soft.

Close to everything in town. Construction above our apartment.we should have been notified about it instead of us notifying hotel.
