Courtyard by Marriott Stockton

En general, todos los empleados fueron muy atentos y con excelente actitud. El hotel está en muy buenas condiciones, todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. Además, el área alrededor es bastante tranquila, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera todavía más agradable. Sin duda, un lugar que recomiendo y al que volvería con mucho gusto.

Best hotel to stay in in Stockton. The trees on the street made that part of town cool and lush. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool and the outside set up was enjoyable.

We stayed on the third floor and the hallway felt like it had no air conditioning as it was very hot and stuffy. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work well. The elevator was so noisy and dilapidated. It was so slow and creaky it felt almost unsafe. Also, the bathroom/sink area was very dim and there was not much counter space for your makeup bag or shave kit

The bar and grill inside the lobby. The bed was so comfortable I took pictures of the label so we can buy one. The staff was super friendly! The biggest disappointment was the lack of a complimentary breakfast. The only option was an overpriced coffee shop that’s branded like Starbucks but isn’t actually a Starbucks. To make matters worse, the hotel doesn’t even offer a complimentary cup of regular coffee, which is something many hotels provide. The staff experience was mixed. The gentleman working the evening front desk was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the employee at the front desk in the morning was not friendly and made us feel more like an inconvenience than a guest. The hotel has some nice amenities, but better customer service in the mornings and at least complimentary coffee would make a big difference in the overall guest experience.

The bistro was really really good great breakfast and service from the girls there. Front desk was very helpful buttttt the complaint I have was right when I was packing up my stuff to leave I went to the bathroom when I finished I flushed the toilet. 1 min later it was bubbling up out of the drain from the shower. Whole room smelt horrible. Glad I was leaving after that. Other than that nice quiet place and great staff.

the WiFi logon procedure was cryptic and confusing. It required a call to the front desk and tech support to get through it. But after this problem, it worked fine.
