The room was not clean upon checked in

Front desk was welcoming. Addressed me by my first name. It felt friendly. Accommodated my request for 3rd floor room. It was very quiet.

Location On my first evening someone tried to get into my room 107. I had the locks on but the two guys that tried to get in had a key. They left after yelling and screaming in the hall. The front desk was concerned but there was no explanation to me. They did redo my keys. The second day those keys did not work. I did not feel safe!!!!!
