Small but comfortable room. Across from the train station and an easy walk to center ville. Staff welcomed and offered free refreshments on the lounge. Great storage access pre and post checkin. Elevator out of service.

Great location, nice room with a view and good a/c, overall excellent. Nice extra touch to provide water and coffee machine in lobby. At check in, I was given a room below the level reserved and paid for. When I pointed that out, using documented evidence from photos of reservation, the individual reluctantly changed my room to what had been reserved, but only after trying to say none were available and the first room assigned was the same level (it clearly was not). Poor customer service, but a good reminder to document reservations and advocate for what was reserved.

The room was very good, such a well-designed bathroom, good air conditioning. Good range of food at breakfast. Good to be able to park car fairly close using cheaper weekend rate. Clearly if one was using the train it's very well placed for the main station. Staff on reception very helpful. It is a little 'busy' around the entrance to hotel, so unloading of suitcases was a bit hurried. No fault of the hotel, but the Strasbourg tram system was very non-functioning for the city centre due to road works. So had to walk much more than we expected.

The staff is amazing, helped a lot without any trouble. The location is super, just across the central train station and the city center is also close by. Many shops around for groceries and restaurants at 1mins walk, halal options are also very very close. Nothing that I can think of.

Excellent location. Close to train station. Bars and restaurants within walking distance. 10mimute walk to centre. Spacious room, comfortable beds. Access to free tea and coffee in the lobby and drinking water in good supply. Tea abd coffee making facilities in the rooms would be nice. We stayed in the annexe building and the access code was changed without the hotel notifying us. Apart from that, everything was good.
