Location was good for train access and car rental. It was a bit of a hike to get to historic Strasbourg, the cathedral and petite France. Tremendous view of train station square. The historic elevator (besides the modern elevator) was wonderful to ride. Also provided a parking discount for a deck nearby.

Super near the train station which is very convenient. Area around it can be quite dodgy. Everything is good.

Lovely hotel in the city centre the room was a good size and very clean and comfortable Parking is a short walk and expensive

Great location, friendly staff. Very comfy bed - and that I was able to view the cathedral at sunrise from my window. Choice of teabags in the room is a bit limited. It could be improved by including herbal tea.

All the staff we met was outstanding helpful and friendly. In particular Penelope from the Reception was of extreme help to solve one difficulty and of great kindnesd Parking was a bit far and dropping the bags was difficult and created s problem with the Police
