The location was ideal for making day trips on the train and also to access the town . Super well located . I enjoyed the staff , the cleanliness / the quality of the space . It is really well done . All local sourcing for food and drink . nothing

Very modern and comfortable close to the station and the city centre. No refrigerator . It would have been helpful to keep our water cold during the heatwave. Also no coffee machine. Only instant.

Hotel Tandem exceeded my expectations. It was a 3-5 minutes walk from the train station. When I arrived at the hotel the young lady working the afternoon of June 19 was extremely helpful. The breakfast was great. A bountiful spread. I stayed for the weekend and ate all my meals at the hotel. Every employee I encountered was professional and nice. I want to thank JJ for ensuring I was able to eat lunch before I had to catch my train. The hotel is within walking distance of Petite Franch and the Cathedral.

The staff is super accommodating, from reception to breakfast providers. The breakfast is one of the best you can find. And the location is close to beautiful canals, arthouse cinemas, the train station, public transport, sushi restaurants: everything!

the place is perfectly located and beautiful clean rooms I was very disappointed with the takeaway breakfast service. Before my stay, I informed the hotel that I would be leaving early and would need a breakfast to go. I reminded the staff again the evening before my departure. Despite having paid for breakfast, nothing was prepared. When I woke up the staff member, he explained that he "didn't know what to prepare," so he simply didn't prepare anything at all. This is not an acceptable response from a hotel offering breakfast. There were also no proper takeaway cups for tea or coffee. Overall, the takeaway breakfast service simply does not work at this hotel. If you need to leave early, don't rely on receiving the breakfast you've paid for.

Excellent location near to station, room was lovely, bed huge! Staff welcoming and attentive and greeted you everyday. Free water for guests. Very clean, housekeeping did an excellent job each day. You can opt out of cleaning and they make a donation to trees. The breakfast was plentiful but didn't have enough savory veggie options, loads of sugary cake and puddings. The lift was tiny and only really can fit two people, so you have wait a long time for it to be empty, especially at breakfast time.
