The property was very close to the train station. This was very convenient! There was access to Netflix and we could sign into our accounts to watch TV. The staff wasn’t very friendly, the roll away bed was very uncomfortable, the room was very warm which made sleeping hard, the shower stall water wouldn’t drain. There was no kettle in the room and the staff weren’t very polite or helpful when we asked questions. The carpeted floors were not cleaned in the duration of our stay.

Had an issue with toilet. Front desk did not handle it well. He was very rude and lied and said no other room was available. I was later moved to a new room by the manager.

Location was ideal for train travel, great breakfast. Bed/ pillows not that comfortable

The hotel is right across from the Strasbourg Train Station.

Breakfast was very good and enough. The maid came into the room at two o clock in the afternoon, when I was sleeping.. She should have come to clean the room when I was not there. There was no safe deposit , where to put your valuables. There was no coffee and tea machine in the room, though it is a four star hotel.

The location is in the central station place, just facing the train station building.Room is clean and big enough. The boy in the reception was very kind and helpful.Check out is at 12:00. The room was clean but, it smelled really bad. Checkout time is at 12:00, but at 10:30, the housekeeper lady knocked the door asked for leave.very inappropriate.

Only the location and the staff. The hotel is not clean at all. The bathroom as cover in mold, one of the rooms had hair in the bed.

Located right in front of train station, only 10 minutes walk to nearest Xmas Market. There are coffee shops and stores near the hotel. Staffs are very nice and accommodating Typical Ibis Hotel, room is small and limited breakfast menu options

The staff are very nice,warm, welcoming. Foods are excellent. Response immediately. I love the location one stone from the Main Train Station. We surely stay once I vist again the area The bathroom should be re-design like the glass divider should be extended so the water will not splash when you take shower
