The staff were friendly and helpful and it was in a great area right outside the train station and an easy walk into the historic area. They also let us store our bags there when we had to go get our rental car after we checked out. The breakfast is very good too. Nothing.

The hotel is (one of several) just across the square from the railway station. It’s not far to the Old Town either.

The luggage locker room was excellent. I appreciated the secure passcode system and the ability to store our bags safely for several days after check-out. It was a very convenient and valuable service The room entrance is quite narrow and may feel a bit cramped, especially when entering with luggage. At breakfast, the food items were not clearly labeled. It would be helpful to indicate whether dishes contain pork, beef, or chicken so that guests can make informed choices. In addition, the yogurt was served in very small containers.

The hotel is located right across from the train station. The receptionist was very nice. Everything was spotless. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food.

Very good desk staff. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the station. But it is not tacky like some hotels near a station. All very easy. Its about 10 minutes from the town centre. Very good breakfast too. Nothing.

This is a great place to stay. Management/owners need to give the woman named Grace a raise. She went above and beyond her role as a front desk worker. The rooms are very large, and comfortable, the location is right across from the train station, and it's a perfect base for Strasbourg and Alsace... it's walking distance to the main attractions, like the Cathedrale, La Petite France, and city center...it's also across the street for tram, and bus, access for longer trips in town, and to Germany. Breakfast at the hotel was very well priced for the amount, and quality of food. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be staying again in the future. That I didn't stay longer.

The hotel is in a great location and the garage, Wodli, that they have a discount agreement with is a short walk with tons of space. The shower was very spacious and might have been the highlight for me! Only issue was that our view would have been great but the facade is under maintenance so the view was obstructed by scaffolding. That was okay, better views to be had outside!!

There was a renovation going on at the facade of the building. This should have been clearly stated in the description because there was no privacy at all. There were workers just in front of our window, so we have to keep all curtains closed. The hotel has NO parking. It uses a public parking lot that is around 7 minutes walk from hotel.

The hotel was undergoing maintenance but did not worry us. It is across the road from the train station and bus interchange which made getting around easy. Very close to food outlets and great French pastry shops. Short walk to trams too. Room was reasonable size and comfortable for our short stay. Staff helpful too. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold items. Be sure to get the Batorama boat for an all over Strasbourg Experience so you don't miss the old timbered buildings. Nothing, If you want to be close to transport links this is a great location.
