Incredible hotel, very complete on its services and installations, pleasant and super well located. The corridors are a bit narrow, but nothing serious.

We appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The hotel and accommodations are charming and spacious. We expected the breakfast, specifically the baked good to be better than they were.

The hotel is in a beautiful area of Strasbourg. The building itself is beautiful and the internal courtyard a perfect spot for relaxing and having a drink. Rhe rooms are clean, spacious and equipped with everything you may need. Breakfast is great. The staff is super nice and friendly.

Good location, private parking, friendly & helpful staff We had a room up in the eaves, which was clean & comfortable, but the bed was a tight fit under the sloping roof!

All of the staff members were really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us to walk and explore town from. We especially liked that this is a bike friendly hotel. We felt completely comfortable storing our bicycles in their locked and secure bike storage. Because we arrived during the heat wave, we really enjoyed the coolness of the indoor A/C. They also allowed us to relax in the cool, dark lounge area because we arrived before check-in. We got to drink as much refreshing complimentary cucumber water as we wanted! The room was very small. The bathroom was not, surprisingly! We didn't really care because we just needed to have one night away from camping on our bike tour during the intense heat wave. Zero complaints. The Dragon was just what we needed!

The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble had lots of helpful tips for the city and the bed was very comfortable as well Only having 1 pillow
