To make matters worse, I sent multiple messages regarding my issues, but they completely ignored me and never bothered to reply. Even now, I am still unable to reach anyone or get any response from them. Their total lack of responsibility and terrible communication left me completely stranded and victimized. Although I had a 3-day reservation, I decided it was impossible to stay under these conditions, so I left and moved to another hotel. This place has zero respect for its guests. I highly recommend avoiding this property unless you want your trip ruined by terrible management.

It is located in a very convenient place, in the old city, just near all main touristic attractions. Location is the main advantage here. The only shared bathroom was on the third floor; it was very clean and comfortable, but passing two floors to reach it, is not always a pleasant experience, especially when there are no slippers provided for that path. I would suggest adding disposable paper slippers. Also, I would suggest adding a pendant for a keychain, since keys given are too small and can easily be lost or forgotten. I dropped mine in the car, but luckily found it.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this property. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The reception desk was constantly closed, making it impossible to get any face-to-face assistance when needed. The property is perfectly located in the middle of town but still very quiet at night. The Wi-Fi was great. We had a very friendly welcome and check in instructions were easy to follow. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be appreciated but not strictly necessary as there are plenty of coffee shops nearby.

Very close to the cathedral. The property doesn’t get too hot during a heatwave since it’s an old building. We did have a good table fan that we used.

We got 1 double bed and 1 simple bed instead of 3 simple beds.

This was a charming hotel in the center of the beautiful old part of town. The details in this historic building were beautiful and added to our enjoyment. Our room met our needs very well. The staff was very helpful and made our stay even better. Due to the age of the building there was no elevator. We still managed just fine.
