The pillow is not comfortable - too flat and does not have the support

It seems there were some cat hairs on one of the pillow and there is a night club blasting loud music during the weekend next to the hotel. It's not super loud but we can feel the bass.

Super location in the heart of very walkable Strasbourg! The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptional- kind and helpful. The desk staff, including Mateo, made the stay very relaxed with help in storing suitcases to calling a cab! Nothing - it was a gem !

The hotel, staff, location and the price performance ratio was amazing. The staff was really helpful and tried their best when something showed up. Beware of the “upgrade”! They upgraded our room when checking in. However, the room that we were upgraded was neighboring a nightclub. Even though they had put quadruple glazing on the room, the toilet was only double glazing which let in a lot of noise. I recommend you not to take the upgrade.
