The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Brendan! The location was quaint and quiet but still close to the action. The room and rest of hotel was just beautiful The breakfast is completely overpriced and definitely needs more options.

Very clean, large Alpine-themed room with comfortable bed, good A/C, good TV with cable and apps, and a modern bathroom with a huge shower. Having an elevator was nice given that crazy spiral staircase. Staff very also very friendly and accommodating. No real complaints, but a mini-fridge would have been nice.

The location was very central - perfect to visit the town easily The room was large, and well maintained and incredibly clean There wasn’t anything to not like :)

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff is excellent. Spa wonderful- just the hour option of $15 Euro was totally worth it- whirlpool and two saunas. Came back feeling totally relaxed. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of cheese and meat assortments. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Strasbourg. I even left a power charger and they contacted me to coordinate mailing. Totally recommend!

We loved the space in the room and location is perfect for exploring the city. There are some excellent restaurants and wine bars very close by. The beds were very comfortable and everything felt very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the area outside for drinks too. We felt that more water could have been provided even if just filtered tap water. We did appreciate that we could ask for fresh milk for a morning cup of tea and it was just brought to the room. We didn't like the toilet being separate from the bathroom especially as the door was so close to the bed. We thought there was enough room in the toilet for a small sink which would have helped.

This hotel is very centrally located. The taxis can take you directly to the door, even though it is a pedestrian area. The staff was very welcoming, eager to help and very knowledgeable. Nothing - it was all great!

Fantastic position, in the Petite France, close to the nicest attractions and best restaurants. The building is a historical building, finely decorated and newly restaurated. The room was large and comfortable. It was sound proof, I did not hear any sound, despite the turistic traffic and the church aside. The staff is gentle and welcoming. I tried their restaurant: very good. Definitely a place to visit again. The price is a little high

Rooms and location were fine, albeit that the mandatory (as you can't get there by car) valet service should be included / offered at more affordable rates Service at the restaurant really wasn't up to par - different waiters asking us at different times whether we wanted to order our main dish (despite having done that an hour earlier) is just one example.

Central location, helpful and friendly staff, modern rooms in an ancient setting. The bedding and linens were very comfortable. There was no coffee machine in the room. There was tea and instant coffee. Also, there is no refrigerator in the room.
