It’s in a great location in Stratford is he walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and shopping and great view of the river the staff was very nice. We did get to check into one of our rooms at around 1 PM which was early and then our other room was not ready till 4 PM and there was a little miscommunication. Not sure if it was a language barrier, but they thought they gave our key to somebody else The price was kind of high in comparison to other hotels in the area. Also, we were staying in the pavilion which is an annex to the main hotel so we needed to walk across half a block to get to the other section a little bit inconvenient.

The restaurant/bar across the street played techo music until 12:30 am. I could feel the vibrations through the walls. My room faced the street, and there is no sound isolation, so every noise from the street (cars, people talking) was as though they were in the room. It was absolutely awful. If you need quiet, avoid this hotel.

Great location, a footbridge away from Petite France. Maybe 10 minutes from the cathedral. Pretty convenient to get to the train station as well. Breakfast was great.

Location and staff! bathroom (toilet area was too small) you had to squeze yourself into the room. The shower / bathtub set-up was weird, the legnth of the shower prevetion glass wall was too small and always allowed water to fall directly on the floor or required me to sit in the tub to shower myself, carefully.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly, and even left me a little birthday gift in the room when we arrived. The bed was way too hard for me.

The description of the hotel should emphasis that it is a challenge to reach the property by car. Plus there is really no other option then to pay for parking at the hotel

Excellent location and very helpful staff! No issue with property….cobble stone streets from train station to hotel with luggage was a challenge.

loved the location of the hotel, bathroom. would like to add more history and charm to the decor. It's a little too modern for the historical hotel.
