Location friendliness of staff at front of house and valet very helpful especially Mr Sebastian from valet Restaurant service and staff very bad on terrace our evening was spoiled by the unfriendly attitude and poor service .

We had a fantastic stay at Hôtel & Spa Regent Petite France. The location is simply outstanding—without a doubt one of the best in Strasbourg. Being in the heart of Petite France, surrounded by canals, charming streets, and excellent restaurants, made our stay truly memorable. It was a pleasure to explore the city on foot from the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly and professional, and having air conditioning during the summer was a huge advantage, making our stay much more comfortable despite the warm weather. Overall, the exceptional location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations far outweigh this minor point. I would definitely choose Hôtel & Spa Regent Petite France again on my next visit to Strasbourg. The only area that could use some attention is the gym. While it is appreciated that the hotel offers fitness facilities, the equipment feels dated and could benefit from better maintenance and modernization.

This hotel is so nice, large room and has a spa, walkable from the train station and allover town. Would stay there again whenever possible. Nothing

Everything. Big room, comfortable and stylish. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location. I would highly recommend this property. Bottled water from room service was quite expensive. A very small complaint.

The location is excellent — right in the heart of Petite France, within walking distance of the cathedral and the main sights. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. Unfortunately, the service quality did not match the property’s positioning. Several issues occurred during our two-night stay: At breakfast, I asked a staff member for gluten-free bread. He had no information and said he would check. After a 10-minute wait with no follow-up, I approached him again, and shortly after, an unidentified piece of toasted bread was simply left at our table without any explanation. We had a TV issue — none of the channels we wanted (tennis and football matches) were available. I called reception, was met with an indifferent attitude, and only after insisting was a technician sent up. He fiddled with the remote and told us the issue was managed by an outsourced company and could not be fixed that day, suggesting we try again “tomorrow.” The next day, upon returning to the room, the channels were still not fixed. I went down to reception again to ask what had been done — there was no record of our complaint at all. Only after I pushed back firmly did they send an actual technician, who resolved the issue within 30 minutes by simply adjusting the remote settings — something that should have taken minutes on day one. Housekeeping was also inconsistent: at 4:30 PM, our room still had not been cleaned. When I raised this at reception, I was told housekeeping works “until 6 PM,” as if that were a sufficient explanation for such a late delay. Shortly after, a housekeeper knocked on our door somewhat abruptly, dropped off towels and toilet paper, made noise in the bathroom, and left — this did not feel like a proper room cleaning. Overall, there seemed to be a lack of coordination, follow-up, and accountability among staff — simple requests required repeated escalation to get resolved.

A beautiful hotel perfectly located. Large room sizes. The staff is the best! They were very accommodating to our party 10! Highly recommend this hotel! Bonus...a park for kids to play right across the street. Nothing to dislike
-
Fantastic stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, with amazing views and easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!,

The location and spa are fantastic.

Location, room

Comfort, cleanliness , amenities , location. We highly recommend Regent Petite France. A recommendation, not a complaint: it would be beneficial to have safety bars in the tub/shower since the tub sides are quite high.

Location was perfect. No need for a car as everything of interest was easily walkable. Bathroom was large with plenty of storage space. We had suite 101 with a beautiful view of the canals from all windows. AC worked great!Everything very comfortable. Bedroom a little small for a suite. No casual restaurant for less pricy options.

Taxis can reach the hotel’s entrance (uber cant). Very upscale. The hotel is located in an old ice factory that existed before electricity arrived there. There are windows where we can see the old factory. Very cool. Location is great. Very nice staff. Concierge available for making suggestions, reservations, etc.

Our clocks had not been changed for the time, so we were late by an hour our first day. The shower pressure was great but the drain couldn't keep up with the water output. Standing water in a shower is not what I expect at such a nice hotel.
-
Very nice Hotel in an absolutely great location built over the canal. Clean comfortable room, daily housekeeping and great hotel amenities including a Soa.

Stayed here with our 5 month old baby and upon arrival a cot, sleeping bag and cute little stork plush toy were waiting. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating to our needs. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and it was fantastic! The food was delicious and the staff were very patient and helpful as we juggled dinner with the baby. The only think I could think of that would have made the stay even better is if there was a shower in the bathroom. There is a bathtub with a shower attachment but you cannot stand up and use it in the room that we had. However, it is a minor thing and the bathrooms were lovely and very spacious!

We enjoyed this five star hotel as our home base for exploring Strasbourg. We walked in, a 10 minute short walk from the train station. Our room was large and very comfortable.

AC never worked.
