Great location close to train and main activities. Felt safe but central and quiet. Hotel as advertised - clean and modern and continuing to go through modernisation. Lovely facilities with a warm friendly atmosphere. Felt like a lovely boutique hotel in keeping with the city. Extremely attentive staff especially Anna at reception. Lovely cleaning staff. GF options at breakfast but cross contamination could be an issue for coeliacs.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking to the train station and all main city attractions, but at the same time not in the busy and noisy area. It was nice to have free drinking water. All staff were very friendly. The light in the room was not enough bright, it was difficult to go make up

Family room for 5 (3+2) was perfect. Queen bed plus 3 bunk beds. Spacious, little terrace with some view. Good (not exceptional) breakfast. Really good location in the center, close to everything. Expensive (and a little bit run down) parking, ac ev charging would have been really convenient.

Finally a decent family room that sleeps 5+ comfortably!! Our kids loved the bunk beds which still gave some comfort and privacy. Great breakfast too and super location. Nothing not to like!!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot, and having parking available is a big plus, especially if you are travelling by car. The breakfast was very good overall. A little more variety in the selection of cheeses would have been nice, but apart from that, we were very satisfied. Overall, a great choice and we would happily stay here again!

Nice location in the heart of the city. Nice reception and cafe in the basement, great breakfast, very friendly staff. Generally, a very warm and friendly atmosphere. (We think, the sofas are not in a good state anymore). We had a great stay… Recommended! The bathroom and the common area could need some maintenance and/or refreshment.

nice room, good breakfast, super friendly staff the layout of the room had the second bed facing the wall. it was very odd and sadly a poor choice, with a simple change of sofa, they could make the experience much friendlier

Great location, staff very friendly. Breakfast was small but had everything you needed. A free water station to fill up your bottles on your way out and free coffee station as well. Parking is limited but expected for the central location.

La ubicación, el desayuno está bien La puerta del garaje estaba rota. Las tarjetas para entrar a la habitación estuvieron rotas durante un día y medio, nos tenían que acompañar a la habitación cada vez que queríamos entrar. El aire acondicionado de la primera habitación estaba roto y no pudieron arreglarlo. Nos pusieron en otra habitación donde ya había un huésped, y por último nos alojaron en una habitación que nos dijeron que era mejor porque tenía balcón, pero era vieja y estaba sucia. En el balcón había un cenicero lleno de colillas. La habitación estaba junto al ascensor de servicio, con el ruido del motor molestando. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien (se apagaba solo). No había apenas iluminación. Y para rematar, el hotel estaba en obras. Solo una de las 8 personas con las que coincidimos hablaba español, a pesar de que es algo que se publicita. Nos devolvieron el dinero del parking y parte del dinero del desayuno, pero no compensó todo lo vivido.
