Especially loved the location. Easy walk from train station & superb cafes & restaurants all around. Loved that you could fill your water bottle & make a coffee in reception lounge area. Tried to help by not having our room serviced everyday but misunderstood & didn’t get serviced for 4 days but no problem asking for clean towels.

The location is perfect, gorgeous view from our window. Free coffee and water downstairs. The hotel interior is old in a nice way, a lot of wood, very old fashioned. The room is freshly renovated though. Everything is extremely small in our room. To sit on the toilet you have to sit and turn so that your knees touch the shower glass.

The hotel is in an AMAZING location, just by Petit France and near lots of shops and cafes. We both loved the history of the hotel and the facilities were excellent too. My son loved the FIZZY water in reception too. I felt safe and comfortable there. We loved it all.

I give a perfect score for this hotel, as the location was ideal and the hotel paid attention to the details, including providing a water dispenser and a proper coffee machine. Our room was very clean and the AC was extra useful on a hot summer day. The staff were very polite too. The décor on the hallways were a bit tatty.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, they have great ACs in their rooms which is important in the summer and the location is fantastic Unfortunately when showering it was inevitable to almost flood the rest of the bathroom cause the partitioner wasn’t big enough
