Nothing bad

Location, stuff and free water every day ♥️

The location was great in terms of walking to the different parts of town. There were shops near by. If you are a light sleeper, request a room facing the courtyard verses the street. It can get a bit loud from the restaurant patrons.

Great venue. Loved the shared terrace space. Nice gym too
-
Very uncomplicated stay, we ended up parking the car on the German side and taking the tram into Strassbourg, staff super friendly, even helped us with our restaurant booking (needed to shift the time by half an hour).

perfect location

Central location. Neat. Good ambiance
-
The hotel room is SMALL - just enough room for 2 twin beds and not enough room for both of us to have our suit case open, unless they were on our beds. Everythign else was great - but the size was pretty cramped for two guys who are 6'5 Size of room

Easy walk from the train station
-
Clean, centrally located, excellent staff. Walking distance to everything including the train station. Nothing

Great location and friendly staff

Low lighting in room. Could use brighter lighting.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. On site bistro was nice after a long day touring. Very close to good coffee shops and restaurants.

Hotel was in a great location and easy to get to many different locations. Loved the vibe of the hotel and the reception was excellent! We had three adults in one room and the third bed was really more like a cot, pretty small, and not as comfortable as the main bed.

Very nice and new facility, in a great location in Old Town.

I can’t say enough nice things about the BOMA. We loved every minute of our stay— helpful and courteous staff, great restaurant and bar off of the lobby, comfortable room, and a 10-minute walk to the train station. We were there for the Christmas markets, and the location was excellent. If you arrive too early and before check-in, there’s a luggage locker room in the basement that every hotel should have. I can’t think of a single thing that we didn’t like.

The hotel is fairly new, built in 2017. The room was large enough for 2 people. We had 2 twin beds which I would say are smaller than a US twin, but still comfortable. The bathroom was large and modern. A nice perk is there is a mini bar with a few bottles of soda and water which are complimentary. I would recommend this hotel. Nothing

The location is excellent. The place is clean and comfortable with very nice and helpful staff. The room was a bit small but efficient and good value for the money. Could have had hair conditioner in shower.

Location, comfort, modern

Met our needs well for our stay in Strasbourg. We were there for the Christmas market, so prices were a bit high during that time. The hot water was out the morning of our stay, but not much they could do about it and it was restored a few hours later. Breakfast was good. The location was really excellent for restaurants, and I really liked the location of the room, as it afforded us a great view of the bakery across the street. The breakfast serving location was a little cumbersome, and the hot water being out in the morning was inconvenient, but the staff was nice.
