Le Kléber

The location is perfect, in walking distance to most sights, restaurants and more Amenities were a little old and could use some updates. Room was clean but bathroom had some moldy spots in the shower.

All went well except for the public parking nearby which proved impossible to reach using my car GPS because the precise address was NOT given by the hotel when booking was confirmed. And when the receptionist gave advice it was NOT precise enough for my GPS to lead us there ! In the end we were lucky enough to have found a free parking slot on the street not too far from the hotel but still very uncomfortable when carrying our luggage for check in there ! The lack of precision about the parking possibility.

Exceptional

Very central location easy to go every touristic location. Even it is in the centre it is not loud. Great and friendly staff. In the 2 nights we stayed we saw 11 cockroaches even if we try everything in the night they always came. The room is clean but I think ventilation is very dirty and it needs to be treated with pesticides/chemicals. After our stay I saw some similar comments about bugs but unfortunately there is no change. I hope it can be fixed but in that conditions I cannot recommend especially if you have insect phobia it would be nightmare for you. Sadly I couldnt even sleep properly due to these problems.

Location and very lovely lady doing breakfast service BED BUGs told reception showed photos and video evidence , no apology at the time and still waiting for management response over 72hours later

Great Location I was alone so got a room with a tiny bed like for kids. But it had a view over the place Kléber. Very nice.

Good location Quite dated, en suite was tiny. Quite difficult to shower.

Lovely people. Comfortable room. Though there us no pool, it is permitted to cool off in the public fountains in front (delightful). No complaints

The hotel is so conveniently located....right next to a tram station and a comfortable walk to all the sights of Strasbourg. The staff were exceptionally friendly, available and polite. The room itself was clean, comfortable and with a comfortable bed. The hotel was great! We did not book the breakfast, so are unable to comment on its range or quality. What we do know is the we will be back!
