The main building including the reception area looks very nice. The staff was helpful. The area for the breakfast and the variety of the food was very good. The location of the hotel is great (close to the historical center). Our room (Apartma Junior) was located in the annex building. The smell in the room was not nice, the air conditioning was loud and could not be easily regulated. The towels in the bathroom were grey and old.

Very convenient location if you have a car- great parking which is probably not available in other hotels in the old town. 5 mins walk from the old town. Great location to break the drive from Germany to the UK. Pillows were amazing and beds were comfortable. Sadly we didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool and spa. Breakfast was okay.

The staff were charming and very helpful. The building and immediate location is beautiful. Easy access to restaurants, museums and art gallery. The rooms could benefit from a light refresh (paintwork, bathroom sealant) but were still very lovely and clean.

Nice big room, fast room service, very good valet team. Kids under 16 can only go to the pool from 8:30am to 9:30am and you need to pre-book it

Hotel property is exceptionally curated, designed and built. Indoor pool and steam room/spa is a welcome surprise and great amenity for travelers. Design details inspired/wrapped around the historical use and equestrian theme, is playful and tastefully executed. Staff are very friendly and gracious. Breakfast buffet, though pricey at $29 Euro/pp, is very nice with broad selection and high quality. Adjacent independent restaurant next door is very nice. Room was very nice, however other than an office chair, there is no seating. A small lounge chair or corner couth would be nice.

Everything was great except the laundry service the laundry service was terrible, its like they dipped the clothes in water an dried out, and all the clothes were dirty
