location noisy hotel, and the staff was so rude!!!!

The location was good, a 15-minute walk from the cathedral and 5-10 minutes from Petite France. The double room was small, as was the bathroom, but it was clean. The staff was very friendly. I recommend staying here.

Location was perfect. So close to the train station as we are traveling by train. The staff in the hotel are so friendly and obliging. We had a lovely room with a balcony and a gorgeous view of the church down the street. So close to the old town and many eateries to choose from. Supermarket so close. Wished we stayed longer, will certainly stay there again if we go back to Strasbourg. Nothing I can think of.

Great stay staff very helpful

it was a well situated hotel with a wonderful staff. Good bike storage. WiFi signal in my initial room was terrible. the staff relocated me to a room closer to the router which resolved the issue.

Short walk from the rail station; another 10 minute walk, and you’re at the Cathedral. Excellent restaurants and several small markets nearby. My (single) room had not yet been cleaned when I checked in at 3 pm, so staff upgraded me to a (clean) double room. The bed was comfortable, the towels were thick, and the property was doing their best at being eco-friendly with soap dispensers rather than small plastic toiletry bottles. Scaffolding obscuring views (temporary). Noisy bar on the street below, but it’s the city...

The staff were friendly and I had everything I needed in terms of facilities. The room was quite jampacked, it was a triple, but felt like there was hardly any room outside of the beds. Hair conditioner would have been welcome. Quite pricey for a single stay for one night.

When we arrived, check in was easy and the staff member on the front desk was extremely helpful when checking us in. He provided us with lots of information about the public transport, the general area and how to avoid getting scammed. The staff in the bar were also knowledgeable and really friendly. The location was quiet and relaxed and close to public transport.

Excellent location for visiting Strasbourg. Even though the room was right next to the elevator you could barely hear it. The staff was helpful with things like restaurant recommendations, parking, and luggage storage.

Location was very good. Close to train station and also walkable to main sights. I booked this hotel partially because it listed air conditioning as an amenity. We stayed during a couple of very warm days in May, but they refused to turn on the air conditioning as it was "only operational in summer". Opening windows was not an option because there was scaffolding all along the side of the building, so anyone could have entered the room. We asked for a fan, but were told simply "no". No apologies or any attempt to help, SO we spent a good portion of our first of only 2 days in Strasbourg trying to find an inexpensive fan - to no avail.

Close to everything but not too much in the jungle of tourist.

Location, elevator, room refurbished, nice staff TERRIBLE view internal and no natural light. Must leave heavy curtains closed

Breakfast was excellent with both a lovely dining room as well as good selection. The family room was very comfortable and good value for money. Good central location. We had requested a baby cot in advance however when we arrived (reasonably late in the evening) we found there was not one in our room. The receptionist tried his best and managed to source us one but unfortunately it was damaged and we had to make do.
