It was clean, the staff were very kind and friendly, the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, and the location was excellent. Sometimes, the smell from the Thai restaurant on the same street reaches the hotel.

Everything! The hotel is just a stones throw away from the train station and a short walk into Petit France. The rooms are a great size, with very comfortable beds and bed linen! The breakfast at the hotel is fantastic! Would definitely stay here again whenever in Strasbourg! N/A

Located very near to the station and city center. But what we liked the most is that the triple rooms had two areas and a proper bed not a sofa bed. Staff was very friendly loo. Barely any hangers for towels and despite having tea and a kettle , didn’t have mugs, just ver tiny coffee cups and not any milk.

Great location and walking distance to everything Strasbourg has to offer and value for money. Staff were friendly and bar and courtyard was a nice addition. Room was noisy as faced busy street which had foot traffic all throughout the night. Didn’t help that air conditioning was non-existent in the room so we had to sleep with windows open to try to cool the room down. Shower hot water was borderline dangerously hot, particularly for kids.

It was close to the train station which is why we chose it. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room didnt have much of a view as it was closed in but that helped limit the noise from the street.
